If he were being indicted they would have already informed him to turn himself in by now? I hope this means good news and that Officer Wilson will NOT be indicted

So this very large man robs a store, struts down the middle of the street, reaches in a police car window and fights an officer, trying to take his gun. The officer runs after him; the 6’4” man turns and heads toward the officer again.... Of course the officer thought he was in for another attack. He could not risk this large man disarming him. He had no choice.
I am sorry for the family’s loss but the officer had no choice.

-DOJ Holder delays announcement till evening
-let the out of town anarchists riot, then move in a clear the thugs with force.
-clean up overnight
-allow the normal folks of Ferguson exercise their free speech rights during daylight hours

Yes. The young 280 pound 6”4’ man pushed the store clerk, attacked the officer through the car window, and then was leading for him again. I do not know the size of the officer, but who wouldn’t be scared of that?

Yes! I have thought of that so often. There are cases they could have used and been justified. Not this one. This was decided on- in the first week to be exploited for leftist aims that have nothing to do with the actual case.
