Well first of all, you must get some incredible emails, Jim, which is something I never considered but seems obvious once I do.

Secondly, I’d take this half-wit atheist’s claims with a grain of salt. If anything the City used him as a cover story for a political move they decided to make on their own. City Attorneys don’t go around telling outsiders that the City had been breaking the law, especially when there’s no Court ruling behind it. And the absence of the ACLU is indicative that he had no actual case, but was making a lot of noise that the City decided to spin for its own political purposes.
