The Republican base dislikes Obama because of his policies, arrogance and looking into the camera everyday and telling lies. They dislike the media because they try to justify
his weak policies and lies. They have managed to pin the tail on the donkey by pointing out that Obama owns Obamacare as well as the Immigration lawless screw up.
Most people resent being lied to over and over and over.
Soon people do not believe anything a proven liar says.
They tell the truth and we still think they lying. You cannot hide lying eyes!

That will come no doubt as the next big issue once they are legalized. The Democrats will still have the issue of immigration to pander to the Hispanic vote regardless of what is done.

We need to reduce significantly legal immigration, which is already making the Dems the permanent majority party. Amnesty just hastens the process.

“FOX “News” for Obama and the GOPe:
Wallace interviews Sen. Ted Cruz on pRes_ _ent Obama’s unlawful “Amnesty”.”

Does Fox news still claim it is Fair and Balanced? You get to vote.

The Talking head panel continually consists of Communist Propaganda department heads of the Democrat Party

Today it was these

Julie Pace - White House Correspondent for The Associated Press - A.P. a Major PRO big G’ment Democrat party house organ

Ron Fournier - Senior Political Columnist and Editorial Director of National Journal - National Journal- More hard core commie than AP

That left two BIG G’ment is better commie talking heads

Gorge Will - Syndicated Columnist / Fox News Contributor - George never saw a Federal G’ment Program he did not like

Kimberley Strassel - Author, Member of The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board - While I personally do not think this woman is a Commie, Her opinions most of the time are pro Big G’ment.

Her Friday WSJ piece is one I personally liked - BUT once again it is of the same piece - My guy will do BIG G’ment the way I wish to have it Done.

For many years Congress has delegated its legislative authority to the various regulatory agencies (EPA etc) to take heat off itself.

This abdication of power has provided Obie with unfettered ability to run the country contrary to enacted law (e.g. FCC - net neutrality, EPA - shutting down oil, gas, coal and now CO2 which we all exhale, and HHS - Obamacare).

He is in complete control.

I wonder what percentage of drug dealers and that industries workers are illegal aliens? I also wonder what percentage of prisoners in prisons are illegals? I wonder what percentage of outstanding warrants belong to illegals?

where Obama is on policy, but not in process

And Georgie knows that process is what develops policy in the end....
but he won’t state it that simply.

Cruz destroyed the Fox meme that the government shutdown in 2013 was a disaster for the Reps. It is a wonder that Britt Hume, Wallace, and the rest of the MSM still try to perpetuate that myth with a straight face. What more evidence do they need after the 2014 historic shellacking?

Cruz led the way with his filibuster on the floor of the Senate. He energized the GOP electorate. It is time for the opposition party to start acting like one. Even when Reps win and take control of Congress, they still act like the minority party. The Dems react differently when they are in the minority. They seize the agenda and put the Reps on the defensive. All of a sudden, the GOP is supposed to compromise and stop the gridlock in Congress. No mention of the more than 300 House bills that never saw the light of day in the Senate.

The dirty little secret about the Senate Gang of 8 immigration bill is that Reid never sent it to the House. Why? Because it violated the Origination Clause and could have been "blue-slipped" and sent back to the Senate for revision.

It is time for genuine resistance to their nefarious schemes, the overthrow of their power, and the restoration of our Constitution.

Those who will do this have had and will continue to get my vote and support

I’m not a PCP, but I’m active with my county R Central Committee. I’ve already sent an email to our new Chair. If we do things county by county & take it to the state leadership, & then on to our elected officials, it will be very hard for them to dismiss.

Rasmussen Reports, August 28-29, 2014, poll of U.S. likely voters

62% oppose the president granting amnesty to millions of illegal aliens without the approval of Congress; 26% support presidential amnesty action; 12% are undecided.

If the president does grant amnesty to several million illegal aliens, 55% think Congress should challenge that action in court; 30% disagree; 14% are undecided.

Rasmussen, October 22, 2013 — Poll of likely voters

Only 18% think illegal aliens should be given immediate amnesty; 62% believe legalization should occur only after the border is secured, and 19% are unsure.

56% of American adults want the border secure before any type of amnesty is granted to illegal aliens. Only 37% want amnesty before border security (CBS News, July 2013).

31% of illegal aliens surveyed identified themselves as Democrats; 4% as Republicans. In addition, 23% of illegal aliens lean toward the Democratic Party while 15% lean toward the Republican Party (Pew Hispanic Center, July 2013).

0% of American adults support "stricter border control to try to reduce illegal immigration." This includes 93% Republicans, 76% Democrats, 83% Independents, 74% Blacks, 61% Hispanics, and 75% of 18-39 year olds (ABC News/Washington Post, April 2013).

Latino Opinions, July 2013 — Poll of U.S. Hispanic adults

60% of registered Hispanic voters support granting amnesty to "undocumented immigrants" only if illegal immigration is reduced by 90%. 34% support amnesty before that goal is reached.

56% of registered Hispanic voters (51% all adults) oppose allowing illegal aliens to obtain federal benefits "while they are going through the legalization process and before the 90% goal is reached."

National Journal/Congressional Connections, July 2013 — Poll of U.S. adults

Regardless of whether respondents support amnesty, 77% (90% Republicans, 80% Independents, 65% Democrats) do not think that amnestied aliens should be eligible for government benefits before these aliens become citizens. 20% believe amnestied aliens should receive benefits before attaining citizenship.

33% said it would make them less likely to support a candidate for reelection who voted for "a pathway to citizenship;" 21% said they would more likely support such a candidate.

22% think the U.S. should increase admissions of skilled immigrants; 24% want the number decreased; 47% want to keep the number the same.

29% believe companies should be able to admit as many high-skilled foreign workers as they want; 61% believe there should be restrictions on the number admitted.

59% of likely voters say that securing the U.S. border is more important than amnesty. 34% say that amnesty is more important than border security (Rasmussen, July 2013).

Will is impossible to figure. I gave up some time ago. I don’t know where he’s going where he has been or what moves him other than a fast ball.
Unfortunatley for him if you take away his bow tie and his radio voice he wouldn’t get any attention at all.

I agree with you about Cruz. He is the only candidate I see who will be conservative enough to carry forward the points I feel are important.

Many claim he is too conservative.

Is he Barry Goldwater or Ronald Reagan? Those two were not that far apart. I believe it was the times which cast the outcome.

If Cruz is put up against Elizabeth Warren (likely possibility) then it will be like Nixon wamping far left liberal George McGovern in 1972.

In 1964 Goldwater faced a very strong incumbent riding coat tails of a slain President.

Cruz is worth the gamble.

Zero Percent? Really? Or was a number cut off. I find it very hard to believe that no one wants better border control.

2011 GAO Report --CRIMINAL ALIEN STATISTICS

The number of criminal aliens in federal prisons in fiscal year 2010 was about 55,000, and the number of SCAAP criminal alien incarcerations in state prison systems and local jails was about 296,000 in fiscal year 2009 (the most recent data available), and the majority were from Mexico.

The number of criminal aliens in federal prisons increased about 7 percent from about 51,000 in fiscal year 2005 while the number of SCAAP criminal alien incarcerations in state prison systems and local jails increase d about 35 percent from about 220,000 in fiscal year 2003. The time period covered by these data vary because they reflect updates since GAO last reported on these issues in 2005. Specifically,in 2005, GAO reported that the percentage of criminal aliens in federal prisons was about 27 percent of the total inmate population from 2001 through 2004.

Based on our random sample, GAO estimates that the criminal aliens had an average of 7 arrests, 65 percent were arrested at least once for an immigration offense, and about 50 percent were arrested at least once for a drug offense.

Immigration, drugs, and traffic violations accounted for about 50 percent of arrest offenses. About 90 percent of the criminal aliens sentenced in federal court in fiscal year 2009 (the most recently available data) were convicted of immigration and drug-related offenses. About 40 percent of individuals convicted as a result of DOJ terrorism -related investigations were aliens.

Great post.

If you want to watch some hilarious TV catch penis head Carville on with stuffy Stephy on ABC doing his its all Boehners fault rant. These guys know they overused the blame game on GW so now everything is now Boehner's fault since they know how unpopular he is with conservatives. Yes conservatives actually help the other side more than they know but than that's another topic.

Anyway Carville goes on and on about how Boehner never brought up some mysterious immigration bill that Carville created in his vacuous head and that's why zero had to do his EO.

Bizarre at best, just shows how desperate these guys are. And as far as just how bad it is in the party Carville went out of his way to say that everyone is on Zero's side after his EO. He went so far that you know its a much bigger lie than usual.

Exactly also amnesty stems the damage from 20 other scandals that all need to be brought up 24/7 and will soon be spun/termlimited as “old news” by the DBM.
