come now Obama read previous laws. remeber he is graduate from Harvard. Even the store clerks in Cambridge Masachusetts know that either the Harvard and MIT students cannot either read or do math. Seems to spell it out very clearly, including funding.

Otherwise, run the clock out on this congress, and let the next Senate pass one of the already passed House immigration bills and send it to Obama.
