Gruber’s new theme song is “I Got Mine.”

Good. The next time I would like to see his face is at a Mc Donalds when he is taking my order.

Um ... "Authorities"? ... It's called "fraud" ... No different if a late-night TV pitchman or an MIT professor does it. When can we expect the Gruber arrest? (Thank you, Travis McGee, for the scan from Gruber's own book).

Very true. Technocrats can do very well for themselves, but they are always expendable to protect the Boss. Ya rolls ya dice and ya takes ya chances.

Thats what they are doing with the ended contracts. I’d bet he fights back. No fear of Ft. Marcy. This guy’s ego demands he be ‘elite’. take that from him and reduce him to normal person and it’s a death sentence. Thats what removing his contracts does. Removes his status and makes him unemployable in the echelons he believes are his birthright. No way he doesn’t go scorched earth. He has nothing to lose. They already effectively murdered his reason to be already.

“Gruber Has Contracts Terminated In Vermont And North Carolina”

Good!!!

And these and all the other states as well as the feds that have paid him should “clay back” all payments based on the fact that he has admitted (recorded on video multiple times) to intentionally engaging in a conspiracy to commit fraud.

And of course, he should charged and prosecuted as well…

“Better subpoena him and take his testimony.”

Nah. Just keep putting him in front of a microphone in front of a bunch of leftist academics. He gives us far more that way than he would if he had a lawyer interfering with things.

So it is Gruber versus the ever expanding federal government monolith. Gruber sure picks some doozy battles. Gee, I wonder who is going to win. Wait, the MSM has removed Gruber as being a person of significant newsworthy mention. If I read the tea leaves correctly, then Gruber has a big red target on his back, and it is not an allegorical target. Once Gruber is a non-newsworthy person, he is prepped for being mysteriously disappeared, again with no effective MSM coverage, so far as I can tell. IOW it may be just a formality now.

This serves two purposes for the federal monolith— (1), Gruber is permanently prevented from trying to make any new news based on his previous notoriety (either pro-large-government or anti-large-government), and (2), Gruber serves as a warning to other government official who might be tempted to become whistleblowers.

So there are two very powerful reasons that very powerful people would want to seek a permanent solution to the Gruber “issue.”

The catalyst would be someone in a position of power (eg Obama or Jarrett) walking around the WH and muttering out loud, “will no one rid me of this turbulent economist, Gruber?” The fact that Obama and Jarrett have previously condoned very coarse grained extra-legal, ends-justifies-means methods in the past would seem to imply that only the apparent lack of a spark in the form of such a flimsy catalyst is the only thing that is keeping Gruber walking on the earth among us now in contrast to resting peacefully and permanently in some unmarked and unknown spot under the earth— unless Gruber had the presence of mind to take some direct evidence of Obama’s involvement in explicit deception, and set up a deadman’s switch. However, the haphazard manner in which Gruber’s anti-ACA-proponent remarks have come to our attention suggests that Gruber did not do this level of planning. Not smart... if all this speculation is on the mark, then the Republicans should depose him quickly in Congressional hearings, but it will be a race against time and power... seems sad for all concerned... :-(
