I expect nothing from the gang of thieves, liars and perverts that somehow we keep electing, hoping they will do something right. It’s “voluntary” in that a hapless taxpayer submits the forms saying what he has paid and still owes. It’s like providing his own noose if he has a lot of income. So many earlier Americans genuinely thought that this tax would affect “only the wealthy”.

I see no reason why Mr. Obama should leave office. There is no opposition to any of his other corrupt, unconstitutional acts.
Since the Republican Party has failed, due to cowardice and greed, now is the time to organize.

Why can I imagine a (R) presidential win, followed by an Obama refusal to step aside, followed by a Republican "power sharing" plan?

OPEN LETTER TO SEND TO YOUR CONGRESSMEN

Dear Hon. US Representative ...,

Sir, what the President has done yesterday, and not for the first time, has issued an Executive Order to violate the law!

In accordance with the Constitution, federal law can only be enacted, changed or repealed by an Act of Congress passed by Congress and signed into law by the President, or passed by Congress alone via an over-ride requiring 2/3 majority in both Houses.

Executive orders of the President cannot be used nullify, amend or create federal law as that violates the Constitutional separation of powers. They can only used to specify actions within the President’s authority to act. Furthermore, a decision NOT to enforce a federal law (e.g. DOMA) is a violation of the Constitution.

The only recourse Congress has is to impeach. Furthermore it is not an option - it is a requirement, otherwise Congress becomes complicit by endorsing the President’s lawlessness through inaction.

If Congress does not step up and do it’s job, then We the People of the United States will lose our freedoms, our rights and the protections afforded by the rule of law.

Sir, I’m imploring you and others in Congress put pressure to begin impeachment proceedings in the House Judiciary Committee to put a stop to the lawless, imperial Obama Adminstration.

Since the prez is a petty man maybe we should speak the language he understands. De-fund ALL White House travel, cancel all presidential perks (eg memberships at golfing institutions) ... Cancel the fuel budget for all presidential aircraft ... And de-fund all White House czars.

Have you heard of the Bonus Marchers? It did not end well for them.

The political will to commit an atrocity like that against Americans protesting their government just doesn't exist today.

I'm not saying the hard left gov't droids wouldn't love to do something like that, but they don't have the cojones to order a violent military response to any peaceful protest, no matter how large, or how sustained.

Since almost nobody has 24/7 security, especially the lower-caste members of legislatures and the media, it shouldn’t be too difficult for a few enthusiastic citizens to get some quality personal time with these miscreants to show them the error of their ways. Working from lower to higher, eventually anyone feels the heat coming.

I believe that’s how we got to where we are, so using the same tactics should be fine. As the POTUS has clearly demonstrated, you only have to obey laws you like. True fear needs to be nurtured with these “untouchables”.

my personal opinion is a combination of a lust for power over all things and fear. Fear that if they don’t keep the welfare flowing the lower classes will rise up in a French Revolution type situation.

Sprinkle in a little white guilt, and you have a plausible explanation.
