So far there's been no sighting of the Executive Order that was expected to follow from Obama's speech last regarding Executive Amnesty.
Why is this important?
Here's the sequence list to commit to memory:
1. State Governors and State Attorney Generals have legal standing to sue in federal court.
2. A Temporary Federal Restraining Order (TFRO) or a Motion for Federal Preliminary Injunction (FPI) can be filed today and obtained in about a week as part of a larger case filing.
3. Either a TFRO or FPI stops Obama's plan to legalize tens of millions of illegals; how? Stop and shutdown the manufacture of ID CARDS!
4. The ID CARDS are the first step to work permits, SSNs, welfare state benefits including Obamacare signups, etc. and eventually to illegal voter registrations. The ID CARDS are the LYNCHPIN to the entire fraud.
5. Item 1. above has a report that Governors and AGs are waiting for the signed Amnesty EO. Where is it? What if it never comes?
Is a officially signed EO needed? No!
Is there a solicitation for Amnesty ID Cards? Yes, to the tune of 34 million of them. Read here for the solicitation:

“The guaranteed minimum for each ordering period is 4,000,000 cards. The estimated maximum for the entire contract is 34,000,000 cards.”
and then page 28 under Statement of Work, last sentence of Section 4 SCOPE:
“In addition, the Contractor shall demonstrate the capability to support potential “surge” in PRC and EAD card demand for up to 9M cards during the initial period of performance to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements.”
Get that? "SURGE"! "FUTURE IMMIGRATION REFORM INITIATIVE REQUIREMENTS"!
Now it must happen that this SOLICITATION is SQUASHED and that no amount of CARDS above and beyond what Congress has authorized be allowed to be made. If this effort to procure 34 millions CARDS is stopped, Obama’s plan fails.
Now who is lining up for the contract to do this? General Dynamics.

(DEVELOPING): President Obama signed two executive orders on Friday that would delay deportation for millions of illegal immigrants. The president, who signed the controversial policies aboard Air Force One, then spoke about his action at Del Sol High School in Las Vegas.
Del Sol is the same school where he laid out his blueprint for immigration overhaul nearly two years ago.
Several hundred protestors lined the streets holding “No Amnesty” and “Impeach Obama” signs.
Others chanted “worst president ever,” as he drove by.
His order will grant “deferred action” to two illegal immigrant groups- parents of United States citizens or legal permanent residents who have been in the country for five years, and young people who who were brought into the country illegally as of 2010. ....

First, 0bama whispered a massive immigration change, and then he delivered a conservative dream: mandatory criminal background checks for all illegals to avoid immediate deportation.
Getting mad about background checks for illegals is a sucker’s mistake.
Second, you don’t understand the federal procurement process.
No one has been contracted to make 34 million new green cards.
What the federal contract demanded was that bidders for the 4 million green card contract have the CAPACITY to print 34 million cards.
Because you don’t understand the federal procurement process (one aspect of which is establishing minimum standards for bidders), you’ve gone all WorldNetDaily psycho.
Take a deep breath. Don’t get baited into a fight. That’s how one team gets the other team to commit a penalty.

Just wondered about your information that has General Dynamics printing cards.
I read your info and researched a little bit, seems General Dynamics oversees the government facility in Corbin, Kentucky. “$24.8 million task order from USCIS to manage identification card programs at a government-owned facility in Corbin, KY.”
Possibly the Congress could defund this oversite by General Dynamics, but the facility that is printing the cards is owned by the government.
Here’s a list of General Dynamics divisions. I tried to figure out which division might oversee this operation. Must be their IT division, because all the other divisions seem to meet military needs.

I’ll let others deal with your skewed thoughts, but I will point out a huge flaw in your assertions:
Background checks are meaningless to tens of millions of illegals who have never been documented. At most background checks may catch a handful of hardened criminals but those criminals will not be coming forward in all likelihood. Known criminals will continue as they do now to steal identities.
I do understand the federal procurement process and I understand that General Dynamics has been called out to handle the “SURGE” of cards.
The FACT is this solicitation is illegal on its face as there is no law, no Congressional Authorization, no appropriation that allows this solicitation to exist.
No harm in giving our elected officials specific info on the Gen Dynamics order*, and letting them know that we’re aware of the regime’s moves, is there?

Yes, you are correct. GD will continue in this line of business but legal action will curtail and limit their card making to those levels authorized by Congress.
This is the key battleground of the entire issue of Executive Amnesty which is, repeating for the benefit of those tuning in, to shutdown and defund the CARDS associated with the AMNESTY EOs. Stopping the CARDS stops Obama and causes his plan to fail.

The President is authorized to permit a foreign citizen to work in the USA but the number of such work permits and the criteria for granting those work permits are set by Congress.
The President’s latest EO Speech goes around Congress on the limits and conditions they have imposed and that currently make up the law. Ergo, Obama is violating the law.

Oh yes indeed I have researched the background from government and Congressional websites. The number of visas allowed for working and studying are less than a million per year and the limits and conditions are set by Congress, not the White House.
Obama’s current actions greatly exceed the legal limits and greatly expand the conditions that the law allows.
