I dont think the Congress is getting this, no not at all. They can legislate all they want but if no enforcement is applied its all just a lot of yapping. Unless youre able and willing to put muscle behind your words these days thats all they are.
They can’t do much now, but come January they can, but with the spinelessness I have seen, will they? Who knows.
