As he has promised to do for months, President Obama launched a broadside against the U.S. Constitution last night, introducing a plan to enact executive amnesty despite having zero legal authority to do so under our founding document’s Article II, Sect. 2 powers governing the Executive Branch. So much for swearing to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.”

Obama set a disasterous precedent. Just like CJ Roberts did regarding Obamacare.
If the Congress does not reign in Obama and his amnesty, the Congress has basically made itself irrelevant on this and on any other issue where Obama wants to deem the Congress irrelevant.
Impeachment. Damn the consequences or the eventual outcome. Let the public become educated on all the impeachable offenses committed. Without doing so abuse of power will become forever acceptable.

I believe you’re right and I believe it’s been collusion between obama and the gop-e all along. I believe it goes back to the new America union where Canada, The United States and Mexico and probably Central America become one.
George Soros has apparently wanted this since 2000 as has Mexico who hired hale barbour to lobby for amnesty, open borders, and liberalized immigration laws , haley appears to also have lobbied the US Chamber of Commerce. Mexico, with their “stringent” immigration laws allows all these people from Central America to pass through their borders to the US. Our elected officials giving lip service to immigration and border security while letting or border remain open and not enforcing existing immigration laws. I believe there are many who are working to destroy the United States and both our political parties have been and are complicit.
This lawlessness from the 0bama regime will be used as precedent by the next administration. What if the next administration is Republican? What if that president signed an EO banning abortion?
This is the path that leads to revolution.

HAHAHA!!!! I love it. You guys do realize that there will not be any adverse response to this, from the GOPe or from general America. They got away with Obolacare, which is a huge swipe against the Constitution. They'll get away with this. No, there will not be any kind of CWII. There are no true patriots left today. Not of the clothe that gave us a Free America in the first place, and who revolted over much, much less. No, we will suffer evils, because evils are sufferable. Besides, to do otherwise would require entirely too much sacrifice.
You knew that he or another Republican Senator or Representative would do that, did not you? If you are familiar with how the Republican Party operates, this should not surprise you.
Now what? We all know now what: nothing. A big fat nothing. There’ll be lots of hand-wringing and teeth-gnashing, and that’ll be it, nothing but Kabuki Theater from now on.
The Pubs will simply acquiesce. Obama’s power-play will neuter the GOP once and for all by proving their complete and utter spinelessness and ineffectualness.
Oh, and Obama just gutted the Constitution at the same, transforming Congress into a weak body with some residual powers and the Presidency into an Emperorship.

That's because, in fact, Obama gave the illegals nothing.
The only thing he promised to illegals was a.) they wouldn't be deported (temporarily) and b.) the privilege of paying taxes.
There was no mention of work permits. Not a word about Social Security numbers. Nothing about driver's licenses. A "path to citizenship" remained an illusion.
Now, maybe he goes further when he issues the actual Executive Orders. But last night's speech was a cloud of feel-good...and little more.
The sad part, Cornyn just won reelection.
That was pretty much what I got out of the transcript...he said basically nothing about what would actually be done.
Another case of "...you have to pass the bill to see what's in it...." Sheesh.

Obama 1, GOP 0-— The Congress will do zip. Good timing for Obama-—But we will pay in 2015 when the 40 million sneak in. But, it will stimulate a backlash that will snap America into a Right Wing Revolution. The new Tea Party President will use his powers to remake America in way the left will fear. Watch and be ready! Texas will take the lead in this.
