HOUSE REPUBLICANS PLACE OBAMA ON OFFICIAL NOTICE

House leaders have placed Obama on OFFICIAL NOTICE to stop the usurpation of Congress by violating the Constitution with illegal Executive amnesty.

The North American Law Center (NALC), working in concert with numerous patriot groups across America, placed House Republicans on notice demanding that they use constitutional congressional power to stop Barack Obama from illegally issuing defacto amnesty for millions of illegal aliens.

House Republicans followed by placing Barack Hussein Obama on OFFICIAL NOTICE ahead of Obama’s scheduled TV event at 8:00 PM ET on Thursday the 20th.

In part, that OFFICIAL NOTICE states…

OFFICIAL NOTICE

The NOTICE was signed by Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee Bob Goodlatte, R-VA and Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee Michael McCaul, R-TX.

The clear threat is to impeach Barack Obama if he dares to act unilaterally on Immigration and Naturalization, beyond the constitutional authority of the Executive Branch.

Article I delegates all law making authority to Congress alone. Section 8 – the Enumerated Powers of Congress delegates all authority over Immigration and Naturalization rules to Congress alone as well. So, any unilateral Executive action on immigration by Barack Obama is a blatant subversive act and an open attempt to usurp the constitutional authority of Congress. It may in fact rise to the level of an act of treason against the U.S. Constitution and the American people, as an overt breach of trust and violation of Barack Obama’s oath of office. There is nothing in Article II of the U.S. Constitution granting the Oval Office the power to usurp, subvert or ignore the laws of the United States as established by Congress.

On at least twenty-five separate occasions caught on video, Obama has stated correctly and unequivocally that the Oval Office has no power to alter or ignore U.S. Immigration and Naturalization laws, rules or policies, as established by Congress. This means that the crime he is about to commit against the United States is both willful and premeditated. The question is… what will members of Congress and the American people do about it?

Once again, Republican Party leaders are talking about suing Obama over his abuse of office. There is no precedence or legal authority granted by the Constitution to sue a president for treasonous acts. The U.S. Constitution states precisely what Congress can and must do when an Oval Office occupant is acting against the United States and beyond their Constitutional authority….

Article II – Section 4 states – “The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Congress must impeach Barack Obama for his unconstitutional actions. Suing Obama is nothing more than an overt attempt to escape the constitutional authority and duties of Congress by avoiding the obvious remedy prescribed for just such an occasion in the U.S. Constitution. Before Congress can force the Executive Branch to respect the Constitution, they must respect the Constitution themselves. In this case, Obama’s unilateral action on immigration meets the following test…

· Such an action is beyond the legal authority of the Executive Branch · As a result, it is a direct violation of the U.S. Constitution · The act is of, by and for La Raza and millions of illegal aliens, not the American people · As such, it is an overt act of war against the American people · The act directly threatens both national sovereignty, security, and the rule of law · As such, it is again, an overt act of war against the American people and national security · Congress has placed Obama on OFFICIAL NOTICE in advance of the act · As a result, the act will be with the prior knowledge that it is unconstitutional and illegal

THIS IS AN IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE – It involves bribery from groups like La Raza via their millions in democrat campaign donations and lobby efforts. It involves numerous high crimes and misdemeanors, the result of which rises to the level of treason against the United States and the American people.

WHOM TO HOLD ACCOUNTABLE?

Unfortunately, it is Republicans who sit in the hot seat on this. Republicans have all the power they need to STOP EXECUTIVE ORDER AMNESTY and they know it, proven by the OFFICIAL NOTICE delivered to Barack Obama more than 24 hours before his action. The TOP Republicans are in charge and that makes them responsible for what happens in the next several hours. Now that they have officially threatened impeachment, they must impeach or stick their own necks in the noose!

Others who must be held accountable for this constitutional crisis are members of the media who have withheld the truth on the subject from the American people and worked with political activists to mislead citizens on foolish and cowardly concepts like filing frivolous suits. Just a few…

Then there are internet experts like Dr. Edwin Vieira and Devvy Kidd who claim that “Obama cannot be impeached because he isn’t really the President;” which I’m sure comes as news to the U.S. Supreme Court and every member of Congress, not to mention millions of Americans. This effort to mislead citizens away from the constitutional remedy prescribe in Article II – Section 4, Impeachment, and towards criminal charges, arrest and hanging for treason, is an overt attempt to confuse and paralyze “the people” allowing Obama to continue his assault on the Constitution.

Of course, neither Dr. Vieira nor Kidd have followed their own expert advice and filed a criminal complaint against Obama in order to prove their legal theory. No matter their intentions, the outcome is horrific. We also have to hold political gurus like Karl Rove accountable, for playing politics with the Constitutional Republic instead of stand up to protect and preserve it at any cost.

The People?

Nobody should be asking “what will politicians do?” – Politicians will do what politicians always do, play politics, even with the total destruction of the Constitution and the Republic, unless “the people” do something to hold them accountable.

Over the next 48 hours, we are going to learn everything we want to know. · We well learn exactly what Obama thinks of the Constitution and the American people… · We will learn just how courageous or cowardly House Republicans are… · We will learn just how courageous or cowardly “the people” really are… The people have the power to force their representatives to do what must be done, if they will. If they don’t, they will likely watch their newly elected Republicans run for cover in the face of the greatest constitutional crisis to ever face our once great nation. And that is how Obama can get away with totally destroying the U.S.

Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Evil will prevail wherever good men (and women) do nothing! This is exactly how every free society died after only 200 years or so in existence. The people let it die!

NALC issued proposed Articles of Impeachment months ago. They served notice to Congress on how to stop unconstitutional executive amnesty. House leaders have since served notice on Barack Obama. Obama is forcing Congressional Republicans to either Impeach him or stand down as he finishes off the destruction of the U.S. Constitutional Republic. Now we wait to see how “the people” and Republicans react to Obama’s massive treason…

Yes I know you well enough to know where your heart is. I have no beef with you, and I honestly don’t have a beef with other people on this thread.

What is done is done. I predicted for twenty years where we were headed. I was dead on target. Now I’m saying where we’ll be in another twenty years, and folks are telling me I’m dead wrong again, just like others did twenty years ago. Folks, wake up.

I’ve spent twenty years fighting this fight. Even now, we have people who simply refuse to grasp what just happened.

Every step of the way over the last twenty years, I have had people tell me, “It really isn’t that bad.” That’s what is being said again here. Aw, it’s not really that bad. We can fix this.

Folks, I will be very surprised if this gets fixed.

We’re asking the same party that was all for McCain/Kennedy in 2007, to nullify Obama’s plan that does much the same things. In 2007, they had the votes to do it. McCain wanted to run for the Presidency the next year, so he backed off supporting his own bill. That’s the only reason this didn’t happen then.

Guys, if this is blocked, nobody will be happier than me. I think you’re kidding yourselves, but that’s okay. I’ve been wrong before.

Let’s hope this is one of those times.

Okay, then what you are admitting is that you can’t grasp the concept of moving off away from society to live in peace.

Our cities are going to be very bad. The suburbs by then will be destroyed as well.

Take a look at the regions where this is well ensconced at this time. Gangs, drive bys, home invasions, rapes, assassinations on city streets, this is taking place right now in our cities.

Do you think that is acceptable? You don’t consider that to be typical of a hell-hole? Then what would your definition of a hell-hole be?

You can’t turn his populace into 75% mostly people with a fourth grade eduction and have it remain a steady middle-class society.

That’s what this immigration fiasco will result in.

Hope you are well, my brother...

The folks who are taking you to task on the thread are good people too, D. Also friends of mine; we’ve been battling with a couple other freepers over the course of the last year or two concerning defeatism. Some folks sign on and do nothing but run the country down, no matter what good or positive thing may happen. And folks just had enough of it. So, to clear things up, your post may have rankled someone in that way.

There was a clown posting here, an ex-pat, who was sitting offshore, daily posting crap about how we should all run away, nothing worth fighting for, etc., etc.

I took the guy to task over his comments, and he went completely BATSNOT over it with me. Came up with some snarky little name “dog in a manger”. A bunch of the folks - Windy, I’mNotlying, Bobby.223, to name a few, and a whole bunch of others basically came on board to help me out.

So this guy began calling us “dogs in a manger”... and I changed it to “The Manger Dawg Pound” - proudly so.

Anyway, that’s the genesis of it. I wanted to inform you of this, to avert any more arguments here.

For the record, I understand your distrust of the GOP. I don’t trust them either; what did Patrick Henry say - “I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided,and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging the future but by the past...”

And in relation to the GOP, the experience we’ve had with them for the last twenty years has been... sorely disappointing, to say the least. But I will take a wait and see stand here - for now.

Way I look at it, the Leftards hate ALL of us the same. They need to be stomped into the trash can of history, and I believe we should whatever it takes to accomplish that.

Up to and including the Constitutional Remedy in the Bill of Rights that we all avoid speaking out loud so far.

OK this is my last post on this thread. My fifth great grandfather fought in the American Revolution to free this great country from oppression. My other great grandfathers struggled through some very hard times and the Great Depression and worked hard to make this country great. I will work with every ounce of my strength and my vote to keep America the greatest country in the world. There have always been setbacks but America prevailed. I served my country’s military for 26 years and went to some of the worst shit holes on Earth. I will stay here and fight to my death if need be to defend this Republic. Be positive and believe that God will be with us and I hope you will stay and fight with us.

How about coming back to the Lord in an individual love relationship that doesn’t depend on whether the country goes to hell or not. Enough people doing that, and the country will be spiritually buoyed back up.

He lapsed into fatalism there... he could have used sound theology to come to a similar action recommendation. But the “woe is us, I have never seen anything different on earth” conclusion deliberately ignores heaven, and it does not matter how famous he was.

I’ll give you a little background too.

In 2000 I voted for Pat Buchanan. I did it based on his focus on illegal immigration. Illegal immigration has been my main focus in the last twenty years. Second was the gutting of our nation in the interest of making a fast buck with China.

I knew that if the illegal immigrants got a strong enough foot-hold here, they would rule this nation. Our leaders are scared to death of minorities. They can’t function rationally.

Ronald Reagan devised his policies based on what was good for the nation. Our current leaders devise their policies on what is good for the party. I don’t like it, but is reality.

At 13%, Hispanics rule the roost. Imagine what happens with that number hits 50 or 75%.

This move by Obama will increase the percentage significantly.

Guys, I’ve followed this too closely not to know what just happened yesterday, and what it will mean for our nation.

What you’re basically asking me, is to act as if nothing happened.

Sadly, something devastating did.

This isn’t a damnation of Hispanics. It’s a damnation of flooding this nation with tens of millions of any ethic group (Hispanic, White, whatever...), that only have a fourth grade level of education.

They can’t fit into our society, so our society will become their society.

You folks didn’t send your kids to fifth grade here in Glendale, California in 1987, and have your kids spend all day reading while the teachers taught English to the other students. You don’t drive down Southern California streets today where two different people were gunned down in their cars over the last four months. You don’t see the society decay in regions close by.

This is your future.

Windy, D-1, before it spirals out of control... I’ve known D-1 for a few years out here, Windy. He’s Good People.

I've read Doughty's posts on the forum for a lot of years, and have nodded my head in agreement with him more times than he could possibly know.

That said, I'd take JimRob himself to task, if he started posting defeatist, doom and gloom statements about my country. That kind of talk is deadly to a people who are faced with having to find their courage and fight back against an immense and powerful central government gone rogue. It corrodes group morale, and is contagious in the extreme in a place like this.

Anyhow

Doughty, I don't mean to insult you or impugn your character with my remarks. Understand that much of the fire I'm breathing was brought on by countless other defeatist statements I've read on this forum over the years. Perhaps because you tend to put things so eloquently, your post stood out to me, and I reacted. Perhaps it was just the proverbial 'straw that broke the camel's back'.

I won't back off the fact that I disagree with some of the things you said, but in your defense, I will admit that you've made a lot of other positive comments elsewhere on the site.

I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, but brother, you've got to buck up. We must not give up, even when everything looks hopeless. Our ancestors triumphed over much tougher odds than what we're faced with. We must prove worthy of their sacrifices on our behalf.

No, I’m not, my good brother.

What I’m saying is that the day may have changed more than you or I can see right now. We have people like Ted Cruz and Trey Gowdy in there right now who are frigging BULLDOGS and won’t let go fo this. And they are going to drag the rest of them - the spineless, the merely wobbly, and those who are ready to fight - into the arena any way they can.

We didn’t have that before. And the people who consider themselves Americans weren’t waking up before, and weren’t pissed off to the point of ignition before.

We’re on the edge of a civil war; like it or not, want it or not, believe it or not, I do think we are there. It’s happened before. We’re no different than our ancestors in that regard.

Do you think that we will merely sit by and let it happen? Sure, some will. But I believe a large enough percentage will fight it.

I understand your point. This was a damaging blow to us by a POS subversive, and so far, nothing is being done to stop it.

Thank you my Christian brother, I have had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ since I was baptised at the age of 12. I have fallen short many times but I have asked forgiveness for I am a sinner. Jesus Christ certainly is the Truth, the Way, and the Life and nobody can come to God except through Him. I pray for our country and for the people, ALL people. I condemn no one lest I be judged. I know that God will protect this Christian nation so I strive to keep it a Christian nation.
