The very unreverend $harpton is ready to use his Black Power racist card. His Black Power Racist card is approved by Herr Obama and Herr Holder. Of course American tax payers of all colors will pay for any riot costs due to his use of his Black Racist Power Card.

Al has a monster payday coming in a little town in MO once the Grand Jury speaks. People will be hurt and killed; cars and businesses will be burned; and the Rev. Al Sharpton will be there to collect his checks.

He’ll never have to pay it. The “justice” department will never prosecute him. The irs will never put a lien on his property.

Reason: he destroyed the lives of White people with his lies, for which the democrat party adopted him as their mascot and vowed to protect him.

He can set up a Obama administration IRS payback plan: a dollar down, and a dollar when you catch him.

The irs will never put a lien on his property...

Really? It appears those liens are already filed and are a matter of public record, otherwise they would not have been available to the press (or anyone else) for public inspection.

From the linked article:

Sharpton currently owes personal federal tax liens of more than $3 million and state tax liens of $777,657, according to records. His for-profit companies, Raw Talent and Revals Communications, owe another $717,329 in state and federal tax liens.

Now, whether the IRS or the State of New York elect to levy and execute under those liens is another matter. But the fact that the press was able to find these liens in the public record is proof positive that they have been filed, which is the first step in levy and execution at some later point.

Sharpton apparently owes back withholding taxes for his employees (940 and 941 taxes.) Anyone who has operated a business can tell you that the IRS is quite zealous about collecting those withholding taxes, since if the employer doesn't pay them, he's placing not only himself in legal jeopardy, but the employees as well. Those liens will remain a matter of public record (and will be refiled as long as may be necessary) until the tax and any assessed interest and penalties are fully paid. The IRS will handle this matter irrespective of whether Eric Holder is the Attorney General or not. And if Big Al falls behind in his payment arrangements, I doubt he's going to get any special treatment, given the amounts involved.

I would love to owe $4.5 million in taxes. Even at the insanely low US rates that would be $15 million gross and that would definitely be a good weekend in Vegas.
