I suspect it would be safest for all involved Americans to just get out of the area until this all plays out. Those protestors might just get bombed into oblivion. They probably wouldn’t heed the warning. Oh, well.

The $115 rate is probably the government rate for that Drury Inn. The $149 is probably their rack rate. The other is the rate x the number of nights equalling the number of Gold Key points they get.
Gold Key is Drury’s loyalty program. You get 10 points per dollar spent.

I am going to play devil’s advocate and say that the right or wrong, DHS is a paying customer to Drury and their employees have a duty to be discreet with paying customers. If the former Vet had a problem with Drury selling rooms to DHS, he should not take Drury’s money in the form of a paycheck to then rat out their customers. If you can’t be loyal to your employer, you shouldn’t take their money. Drury has chosen to serve DHS and their employees that serve customers have a duty to keep the customer’s business private.
We had country stars that would stay at our hotel in MT when they were playing the state fair. My staff knew in advance, but absolutely understood that they could not share that information. After they checked out, it’s okay to say yeah, Tim McGraw stayed with us, but they were not to mention it before then.

MOST DHS employees are working the job to support their families because they can’t find a job elsewhere to support their families.. They are scared that if the SHTF, they might get killed.
