A Navy veteran has been fired and branded a terrorist for posting Facebook pictures of scores of Homeland Security SUVs parked at a hotel near Ferguson where he works.
Mark Paffrath, who worked for the Drury hotel chain, took photos and a video of dozens of vehicles marked with the logos of the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Protection Services which arrived in the parking lot of Chesterfield’s Drury Plaza Hotel last week.
The vehicles are parked about a 30-minute drive from Ferguson, Missouri.

Paffrath says he was also told by his superiors that he put the hotel's $150, 000 contract with the Department of Homeland Security in jeopardy.

I was not commenting on the reason by the DHS is there. I was commenting on the guy getting fired.
I don’t doubt that DHS knows more about what is going on there than meets the eye.
It is correct and proper to be concerned, and for those in the area to be prepared. I would not step in a Mall this Christmas season, but that’s just me. I always hated crowds since I was a kid.
Every year, there’s a DHS presence near the location of the Super Bowl game. Big “command post” vehicle, flotilla of smaller government-tagged SUVs and sedans, satellite commo gear trailers, etc. I think they do this at every “highly visible” event now (e.g.: Indianapolis 500).

Very true LOL. And it's not as if a huge convoy of marked and unmarked FED Vehicles parked anywhere is going to go unnoticed. I don't care a bit for Facebook myself but this is a very extreme over reaction by all involved.

I wasn’t condemning any posters or their comments...just letting all Freepers on this thread that could be contacted...that there is now the TERRORIST organizations in America joining in the Ferguson Protest. That explains why the DHS vehicles are near there.
Now why are there? I don’t know. It could be in case Zero declares Martial Law, or it could be in case there is a need to take into custody actual terrorists for terrorist acts during this protest...making it violent and not non violent.

DHS is MAD about being outed by the VET, but he did not know the next morning his Hotel would post not to talk about it. HOWEVER, the cat is out of the bag now.
