Illegal aliens who get President Barack Obama’s likely forthcoming executive amnesty will have immediate access to welfare and other public benefits, according to a new report from the Federation of American Immigration Reform (FAIR) exclusively provided to Breitbart News ahead of its public release shows.
“Obama’s executive amnesty isn’t only unconstitutional but costly; from day one it opens up federal and state benefits to individuals who are still illegal aliens, regardless of the label the President puts on them,” FAIR executive director Julie Kirchner told Breitbart News.

I believe that the proper answer to ALL of this is for Congress to defund DHS as an agency come January and the new budget.

0bama only has control of one third of the government, and look what he is managing to get away with.
Hairy Reid will have a lot more trouble running interference for this tyrant than the past six years and especially if McConnell keeps the same rules in place Good Old Hairy put in. He probably won't, but he should - at least for the good of the Constitution for the remainder of the tyrant's reign. It would help limit some additional damage.
But will he? I seriously doubt it.
Rush just said that it looks like Mitch is going to deny Jeff Sessions his chairmanship on the budget committee. That would mean they have no intention of derailing Obamnisty.
