0bama only has control of one third of the government, and look what he is managing to get away with.

Hairy Reid will have a lot more trouble running interference for this tyrant than the past six years and especially if McConnell keeps the same rules in place Good Old Hairy put in. He probably won't, but he should - at least for the good of the Constitution for the remainder of the tyrant's reign. It would help limit some additional damage.
