Global Strategist: Judgment Day Is Coming: “This Will Be The Most Important Event Of Our Lives”

There are few events that could lead to a truly cataclysmic upheaval of the global order.

Right now, half a world away and out of the view of most Americans, exactly such developments have been set into motion. These events are so significant that they promise to shape the geopolitical landscape for decades to come. And, should the trend continue unabated it is only a matter of time before the American way of life as we have come to know it is no more. So says Casey Research Chief Global Strategist Marin Katusa in his latest interview with Future Money Trends:

Definitely it’s all about the Judgment Day for the petrodollar and the effect on the derivative market. I can sum it up in one sentence: If the petrodollar dies so does the American way of life.

I think people have taken for granted what the petrodollar means to the American way of life. So this is significant and it will be the most important event of our lives.

It’s unbelievable how things that are happening in Europe and Asia can specifically change the daily lives of Americans if America is not prepared for the colder war.

18 trillion and counting. That is the number you should be very worried about.

I actually noticed a shift, a while back, where the press went from talking about money in millions, to money in billions.

I then noticed, not long ago, that it went to trillions.

I’ve now seen three stories that talk about quadrillions.

I believe we are in something like this and we have a minute or two to go:

Imagine a magic pipette. It is magic because every drop of water that comes out of it will double in size every minute. So the first minute there is one drop, the second minute there are two drops, the third minute four drops, the fourth minute eight drops and so on… This is an example of exponential growth. Now, imagine a normal sized football stadium. In this stadium you are sitting on the seat at the very top of the stadium, with the best overview of the whole stadium. To make things more interesting, imagine the stadium is completely water-tight and that you cannot move from your seat. The first drop from the magic pipette is dropped right in the middle of the field, at 12pm. Here’s the question: Remembering that this drop grows exponentially by doubling in size every minute, how much time do you have to free yourself from the seat and leave the stadium before the water reaches your seat at the very top? Think about it for a moment. Is it hours, days, weeks, months?

The answer: You have exactly until 12:49pm. It takes this tiny magic drop less than 50 minutes to fill a whole football stadium with water. This is impressive! But it gets better: At what time do you think the football stadium is still 93% empty? Take a guess.

The answer: At 12:45pm. So, you sit and watch the drop growing, and after 45 minutes all you see is the playing field covered with water. And then, within four more minutes, the water fills the whole stadium. This means that you think you are safe because it seems that you have plenty of time left, whereas due to the exponential growth you really have to take immediate action if you want to have any chance of getting out of this situation.

It could very well get a lot worse before that blessed event. We need to be ready for tribulation, small t or big T.

My take as well.

Mac should stick to what he knows (what to do once the SHTF) and leave prognostication to those who know something about that.

The world cannot abandon the Dollar because they need faith in fiat currency.

After all, if the Dollar is no good, neither is ANY other currency.

Faith crushed. Total chaos ensues.

Right but we as believers need to learn to focus more on the light than the darkness. If you are a believer you ARE ready for life’s tribulations because Jesus won our victory (”I have overcome the world”). There is nothing for us to fear.

But it is important to distinguish between the trials and tribulations we have now for our good, for refining our faith, and the day of God’s wrath and judgment which believers are not appointed to (1 Thess 1:10, 5:9). God would be unrighteous to judge the same sin twice, once on Jesus and then again on his children who have received Jesus and his blood atonement. Making this distinction frees us from fear. God does not want us to be afraid.

So instead of allowing fear to debilitate us, we can come boldly to the throne of grace knowing we are completely forgiven and loved and present the forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ to a desperate world.

The problem is sites like this and Zero Hedge have WAY too much a tinfoil hat mentality to be taken seriously, even if some of their articles make sense.

I don’t disagree, but I suspect that there are many pre-tribbers who would be emotionally destroyed by having to go through serious persecution, because much of what they have heard preached emphasizes an early rescue. We need to be prepared spiritually and emotionally for the prospect of hard times.

Does this mean America’s paste eating window lickers might have made a mistake electing a spiteful, dope-addled, Affirmative Action, racist Nancy Boy to do the job of a man?

Again, I want to encourage, exhort, and comfort you and others that Jesus’ finishing point at the cross is our beginning point and his resurrection is our victory because we are in him. We don’t have to be afraid of trials because Jesus “wears the victor’s crown”.

The most powerful position we can assume in whatever is facing us is resting in the victory Jesus has already won. A good example is Paul and Silas in jail. I’d say Paul was persecuted pretty good. But he knew his victory had already been won in Christ and he rested in that victory. So he and Silas sang praises in jail. Their eyes were not on the darkness of the jail or the persecution, but on the light of the glory of Jesus who was with them as he is with us. So let’s, like Paul and Silas, keep our eyes on Jesus and let his light shine in us and through us to a dark and needy world.

Just a word of encouragement. Hope it helps.

Winner, Best Response Rooted in Reality.
Blows every happy, upbeat interpretation into smithereens.
When I started reading the article I turned way pessimistic.
We're DOOMED!
But then reading some of the replies I started to rally!
Yeah! Go US Oil Boom! US Petro-Dollar Reigns 4 EVER!
But then crashing headlong into your analysis, I dropped
down below to where the best prepped Prepper would cry.
Yeah, Reality Sucks, Big Time.
But I'd rather deal with reality then be dancing on the deck
on the Titanic with the other inebriated non-swimmers.
As a matter of fact Obama is working on the end
of the Petro-Dollar even as we grieve.
Goodbye Cruel World!

Leaderless group conversation:

“Do you want to be in charge?”

“No, we agreed - no leaders.”

“Fine, then shut up and do as I say.”

We’re the least bad economy.

Nobody is going to do deals in the Ruble. Nobody is going to do it in the Yuan either. There are still 28 full cities in China with literally nobody living in them.

There aren’t any other currencies remaining that are backed by 13 carrier groups (or 10, I can’t remember how many Obola has allowed to be funded).

I only heard my mom cuss one time. She said “dam-” when she burned her hand on the oven. All four teenage girls were in the kitchen and we all did a dramatic gasp then rolled on the floor laughing.

...” upheaval of the global order”....

Of course that’s already occurring. You can even “see” it coming into view with the photo below.

Note at the G-20 the Bric nation leaders given front row honors...with China front and center.....they will be uniting with the EU/IMF in no time and bring about a one world currency for trade among all nations.....no way is Eu/US going to let BRIC banking undermine them and in fact see it as a “fix” to the IMF’S ‘inability’ to handle the now growing third world markets etc., which the IMF alone cannot handle.

Though Putin was placed on the outer ring he’s still front row as no doubt will be a player once the dust settles in Ukraine...and it will. China has his back for a time only because they need his oil...and Putin needs the deals until he can muster business coming into Russia....which this administration is attempting to prevent.

We won’t be the only nation celebrating when Obama’s gone...EU and Germany will be happy campers to have him gone as well.
