Sue him for fraud? Colorado just re-elected Lickenpooper! Cory Gardner is an anomoly. The Left still controls the formerly free state of Colorado. Nothing will happen to Gruber except that he will be celebrated by the hard Left as their kind of man.
Fair enough, wrt Colorado, I don’t know. How about 1-2 of the other 5 or so states he (mis) advised?
Or are we now saying that he told the legislators in those states “here’s how we rip off the USGov for $400 MM” or “Here’s how you fool the idiots who live in your state” and those legislators went with it?
