"The problem with Scotland is it's filled with Scots."-King Edward.

So we will just breed them out. Obama's policies are the equivalent. He's just breaking America with Cloward-Piven at all levels of society.

A conservative dictator is an oxymoron.

A true conservative would be like our Founding Fathers.

Our Founders were primarily concerned with the inherent dignity of the individual human soul and the importance of the Sacred Trust.

The term "We the People" addresses everything that is opposite a tyrant.

Therefore, the closer today's conservatives are to the actions of our Founders, the further away they are from being a tyrant.

I think the strongman should immediately abolish NPR, the national liberal propaganda machine. Or, at least remove all federal subsidies.

Well, if “conservative” means “preserving the status quo” then it certainly wouldn’t provide any impetus to following the Constitution.
On the other hand if the Constitution is upheld then amnesty, the aiding of foreign invaders, is Treason.

Make tarring and feathering a misdemeanor carrying a $25 fine.

Exactly. Precisely why we need a conservative strongman.

What if we were all Ronald Reagan?

Where else would I be?

The United States was created by the States. The US is NOT top dog, regardless of what DC thinks.

Problem is, Democrats always ruthlessly advance their agenda when they have power. When a Republican takes office, he pussyfoots around and does nothing to correct the errors and damage of the previous rat administration.

At this point I see no difference between Democrat and Republican — since the Republican party refuses to stand against the Democrat party on anything, they are a worthless "opposition party".

Yes, $25 is about right.

The most important thing would be for said Conservative Dictator would be to issue a Executive Order Nullifying all previous said orders going back to 1970. That should about undue most of the damage.

a dictator has to pretty much:

1. disarm the sheeple
2. disrupt then destroy “civil society” (any organized groupings of people other than those controlled by the state -— include here churches, synagogues ... and civic organizations). Substitute state-controlled ones instead
3. seize control over means of communication (spy on telephone, internet, radio communications in particular)
4. then set up spy systems throughout the larger society (such as directing every federal agency and bureau to start doing lots and lots of “undercover” work directly against American citizens in the 57 states)
5. then instruct the children to spy on their parents
....
oh yes,
6. seize the “excess wealth” in society...after all, they didn’t earn it anyway.

What’s the purpose of a dictatorship other than to (enslave and then) sheer the sheeple? Grab that wealth and hide it in Swizz banks or on some offshore atoll somewhere.
Leave the people all impoverished so they will be even more dependent on the state.
That way, they will (so the thinking goes) be less likely to revolt.

And continue to feed then tons and tons of entertainment as diversions, 24/7/365.

Of course, nothing like that could ever happen in USA!
eh?

No such thing as a conservative dictator. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

I personally would rescind EVERY executive order signed by all my predecessors right back to 1870.

That would be a good place to start. Then I’d ask both houses of Congress to go through every law on the books and either re-authorize the law or invalidate it. That would keep them busy for a while.

Any alphabet agency not expressly authorized by a continuing law or the Constitution would be disbanded within two years.

That’s where one starts...

Because that’s what conservatism is. You’re talking about a Republican dictator or a “right wing” dictator.

Well, Obama has not done this, but if he starts governing by executive actions is he not acting like a soft core dictator? Ruling by decree?

>>Where else would I be? Then you already self-deported. >>The United States was created by the States. The US is NOT top dog, regardless of what DC thinks. Well duh. Do people call themselves -Americans where you live? I was talking about the hyphenated people who won't even call themselves fully American. Texas has a gazillion of them in addition to the "Texans".

Get the State Department to list the Democrat Party as a terrorist organization. Have all Democrat leaders nationwide arrested and imprisoned under the Patriot Act. Then call for a Constitutional Convention once they’re out of the way.

there are rumors he will try to disarm Americans...
(he has made it clear he wants to.....just like any dictator.....Hitler, Stalin, you name it...
and... he has been hinting at trying to do an end-run around Americans’ Second Amendment rights (possibly by arranging a “population disarmnament treaty” with any number of foreign dictators he can easily choose from today....or, of course, the UnitedNazis (UN)).

maybe all these reports are credible, maybe they aren’t.
but anyway yes, any dictator worth his salt.. will try to disarm the people

that’s why we have a Second Amendment in the first place, because King George had similar ideas about Americans and their arms...
