plans to train and arm 2,000 moderate Syrian rebels

What makes them “moderate” rebels?
They only shoot to wound not kill?
They give warning shots before starting a battle?
They only rebel every other day?

Seriously? The same Turkey whose prez claimed that muzzies discovered America first? It’s not possible to choose sides with the Borg cube. They are all a side on the same block of insanity. If we keep “training” muzzies to fight muzzies we’re going to find ourselves in the middle of a circular firing squad. Oh crap the muzzie-fox is already in the White house.

USIS and Trojan Turkey met to hash out plans for a Thanksgiving feast.

Thanks for posting, ‘Civ. Nothing like a recurring bad meme.

do you think any of these American trained Syrian “rebels” would hesitate to pull the trigger if he had an American in his sights??

Did you seriously want me to answer that?? Anyway, imo, it’s a very fluid, dog eat dog world in that region where loyalties & alliances can & do change very quickly. These rebels often do what they do first & foremost for money, then ideology. Ultimately, they’re only loyal to themselves. So, most probably, no, they wouldn’t hesitate depending on circumstances. That’s a big risk we’re taking by training them.
