The City of Berkeley, near Ferguson, released this statement warning residents to stock up on water, food and medicine before the verdict is announced.

In before I will just go to my neighbor’s house they are preppers they will surely share and the I will just rob my prepper neighbor and steal what I need and last but not least prepping so foolish.

Ultimately, this goes to show us one thing:
“When seconds count, police are only minutes away...”
It is up to EACH INDIVIDUAL HOUSEHOLD of Ferguson and the people of the St. Louis area to DEFEND THEMSELVES!
Sad to say, it also seems to show police are sort-of wussies... they are hell’s bells about “enforcing the law” when it’s safe and convenient, but shun the spotlight when things get really rough.

And in this case, you should be stocking up in ammo that starts with 5.45, 5.56, or 7.62.
Pistols and shotguns are not enough when dealing with rioters (unless you’re a Korean with an full-auto Uzi).
They forgot to mention AMMUNITION. When/if those street rats start their riots, looting, rape or what ever, shoot to kill anyone of them. Once they start tripping over each others dead bodies, perhaps they will get the message.
I live in a rural area with a small town which is 2000 miles away from Ferguson. Last weekend we had out of town visitors cruising the town. They appeared to be the same group that cruised town during the Travon Martin incident.
All set there...
I’m prepared anyhow.
Comes with the territory in lake effect snow country with the nearest real grocery store a good half an hour away.
It would probably surprise a lot of people to think of Upstate NY in those terms, but this is cow country. It’s very rural and hunting is BIG.
The whole state isn’t one big extension of NYC as so many people think.
Stock up on food, water and ammo.
Al’s endearing crackers should have already bugged out of Dodge. Those who haven’t should at least have their vehicles packed and ready to head out to grandma’s for an extended holiday stay the minute CNN starts setting up camera angles.
I believe the locals have been stocking up!
Reports I have read indicate that in the St. Louis area gun and ammo sales are up considerably over the past few months.
