Well I must admit I know nothing about contract law, but in my mind if you pulled this in a business contract I do believe it would constitute Fraud

It is fraud but it goes far beyond that. Justice Roberts will go down in history as one of the most hated people of his time. I bet he will confess that he was blackmailed and his family and life threatened on his deathbed.
