SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Super Bowl 50 is coming to Levi's Stadium in 2016.

On Monday, the NFL and the Super Bowl Committee made a historic announcement about who will be eligible to bid on contracts.

"I think it's about time. I'm so excited," said Audry deLucia, who with her wife Fran, owns Ellaprint, a company that offers a wide range of marketing and promotional materials. They're hoping to make history as part of Super Bowl 50.

"It's something that's a no brainer for San Francisco and the entire Bay Area to include the LGBT when it comes to opportunities to benefit from Super Bowl 50 coming to our region," said Daniel Luriel with the Super Bowl Host Committee.

Where they somehow banned from bidding on jobs associated with the NFL?

Wait a minute. Caliphornia has done away with “husband” and “wife” on marriage certificates so she can’t be her wife. She’s either her Partner A or Partner B.

I am an infrequent viewer to ESPN and have been in recent years but today I switched to the channel and the first thing I saw was “Male athletes abusive towards women...” That will be a theme in this Super Bowl.

Considering that only .5 - 1.5% of ALL humans identify themselves at NON-heterosexual, THEIR parade float would only have to be a the size of a little red wagon.

Itsy-bitsy float.

DANG, that would have been the PERFECT scroll, which we can't do anymore.

The number of homosexuals in San Francisco has dwindled down to VERY FEW, thanks to California's and mainstream America's acceptance and tolerance of them. They have S - P - R - E - A - D out through ALL the state and country.

The Episcopalian Churches now perform MARRIAGE ceremonies for them.

Question: in male-male "Episcopalian" marriage unions, which guy holds the bouquet? Does ONE hold it and the OTHER get to throw the bouquet to the ladies gentlemen-in-waiting?
I would ask the same question for female-female marriages unions.

Which Protestant denomination will be the next to cave?
NONE, I hope and pray.

You are so special you have to have a separate Chamber of Commerce??”

Apparently they think they are. There is a Black CofC, a Hispanic CofC, one for every group but white/Caucasians.

What is a LGBT business? Does that mean that they have a hiring preference for gays? Do they discriminate against straights?

“Male athletes abusive towards women"

Don't those women have any dads, brothers, cousins or other males in their lives to protect them?
You would THINK so.

Of course, if those women chase pursure go after ... are jock sniffers, as the crude saying goes, what DO they expect? Women are USUALLY treated exactly the way they want to be treated.

No athlete can abuse a woman WITHOUT her full consent.

And that goes for abuse from OTHER women!

It is sad that we don’t promote goodness as often, or seemingly. Plenty of people do wonderful things. I just read a touching story today of the Philadelphia Flyers hockey team who helped an assault victim. If ESPN wanted to promote goodness in athletes, what a perfect opportunity. But it is hockey and not much controversial about “goodness.” Sad, pathetic channel.

I've grown sooooo tired of the PC espn type programming...

it'll be about black this and black that, the violence, the pink jerseys, the obola love over and over again..the gay parade and they'll even throw in some global warming nonsense...

IMO most people are just seething at their core over this constant lecturing about how bad we are and how good those other people are..

A couple of days ago, I came across ESPN and saw a graphic about money in sports. The graphic? “Get dem checks.” Yes, “them” was spelled “dem.” No lie.

It's all about money, though, isn't it?
ESPN is the "sports" network. They exist to make money, get sponsorships and SELL, SELL, SELL those cars, tubes of toothpaste, dog food, brassieres, breath mints and pick-up trucks.

I agree with you 100%.

Ultimately, the sport of football is popular and generally played on a Sunday and in less than ideal outdoors climates. People gravitate toward it as a unifying measure, some gamble or play fantasy football. The rest is fluff. ESPN is boring and pompous and one reason why I limit my viewing and listening habits.

I’d make a further comment to you regarding what you have said, but I really do not see the point, as your words clearly reveal you to be a total idiot.

Levi’s were my favorite until they went all “gay.”

Now, I won’t even buy Dockers or watch the Super Bowl video from their named stadium.
