Coakley HQ said she will not concede tonight; her running mate Steve Kerrigan (”crowd has thinned somewhat”) announced it...and I saw on Twitter that Fox News called it for Charlie.

One half of one per cent margin automatic recount. Doug Rubin of Coakley campaign called Jon Keller of WBZ saying they think they will be within the margin
