With that part-time quandary it's a matter of timing. Since 2010 we've had 9 million new full time jobs and part timer roles have been static. On the other hand we can also say that since the beginning of the recession we've seen no increase in jobs for the soaring population and four million full-timers were demoted to part time.
Like Truman always said, we need more one-handed economists.
