The more I see of Romney, the more I’m constantly reminded that the current Republican Party is, in its own peculiar way, about as distant from my values and my beliefs as the degenerate Dems.
Immigration law needs to be reformed. It is broken.
It all depends on what the details are.
What we need are the following:
Strict enforcement of the borders
A a “guest worker” program that does *not* allow for citizenship.
Some kind of control on “Anchor babies”.
Moving away from allowing one person to move their entire extended family to the United States once they are here.
Streamlining legal immigration so that it does not take years and many thousands of dollars for legal immigrants.
Moving back to a system that favors productive immigrants.
Yep.
I think it depends on which Republican one talks to. I honestly believe Jeb Bush is done as far as politics goes, and; if he tries to get the nomination he will fail.I want a person who has been successful in business during both good and bad economic times.
