I have a 10/22 that was made maybe 1990, and a tube-fed Marlin 60 that was maybe 1985. I like both but the Marlin is sweet. Of course the CZ bolt action .22 is in another league ...
My Father had a Marlin which had the same action as the model 60 but resembled the M1 Carbine. It was a way more accurate than most 10/22s and those Rugers are not really bad.
I agree about the CZs. Probably the best bolt action .22 currently made.
