ah, and I’m a 230 pound male and even when I do drink I have beer with a meal, not on its own. Diff. people do have higher or lower tolerances.
Happy Days early episode
Richie: All we had was some beer in teeny tiny glasses
his dad Howard: How many teeny tiny glasses did you have?
Richie: Seventy-two.

That episode sounds familiar. Wasn’t there a woman who popped out of a cake?

Weird - I just saw this guy’s friend on Greta tonight. He was saying he’d get 100 people to search the the stadium - sounded like he was afraid the guy had got locked in a room in the stadium - seems something similar had happened to some girl. Anyway, the police wouldn’t let them search the stadium.
So the guy said he wanted to escape to someplace warm? Hmmm. Maybe he has a girlfriend in Pueblo or something.

Found five days later at a K-Mart 120 miles away and an inappropriate response? {inappropriate meaning not really making sense for the situation} I'd guess this wasn't a bender as some are thinking but the onset of Dementia/Alzheimers yea even if he had a beer. He's not too young for it and even in early stages some patients will walk off and not be able to get back home especially out of their element/neighborhood.
My sister 5 years my senior was diagnosed with Dementia at about 55 and that was 7 years ago. Even 7 years ago leaving her alone wasn't wise. Now a coherent conversation isn't possible.

It is a minor point, but previously the stepson was called his “son.” I am glad they found the guy, but I wonder what happened? If his words about wanting to find someplace warm were accurate, he was drunk or having some mental/emotional/physical issue. The words sound too “simple” for a normal, sober adult to utter.

Was that 50 Ways To Leave Your Stepson? Who knows for sure. Maybe the stepson was still living at home, and he was trying to kick the kid out, and was not having any success.

Is Pueblo much warmer than Denver? If it is, the man’s not completely, totally incoherent but it still sounds like dementia.
To: raccoonradio
The question remains, what has he been doing for 5 days? Even if he was shackled up he couldn’t call? And I’m not saying he was.

Well, I'm glad that story ended well.
When I first heard that a fan had disappeared without a trace in the middle of an NFL game, I assumed it was a despondent New York Jets fan and feared the worst ... but the Denver Broncos?
To: RegulatorCountry
Sounds like dementia but it could also be he has reduced blood flow to the brain [nearly clogged arteries] that is affected by blood pressure, and heart issues.

They stumble around to her car.....end up getting accidentally married while drunk, and then wake the next day to realize that Cowboys clobbered Broncos 66 to 7.
Such a marriage can easily annulled. Having a wife who's a Cowboys fan . . . sheesh!
