“Most of his friends list are people from Pacific NW and CA’

I had to laugh when I went to a link on his page for the “petition” site that was set up to have her released. I think he got a whopping 26 signatures. Reading his post he has the same mentality as her about her civil rights.

Well all I can say at this point is that I am glad that you are not in charge of keeping Americans safe and healthy from a deadly disease that has killed thousands. Unfortunately, it appears that what you would do if you were in charge is exactly the same as president Obola and his lackey clown at the CDC. And it looks like you will win. All 4 of you: the nurse who refuses to be inconvenienced in the least, the president, the head of the CDC, and you are all perfectly willing to dispense with common sense safeguards. And meanwhile, many more Americans will be exposed. And many more Americans will die.

Heaven help us!

“And many more Americans will die.”

No Americans have died of Ebola.

No American has contracted Ebola outside of a medical facility.

The nurse does not have Ebola.

If we allow people to enter the country from west africa the odds are that some american will contract.

The safest method of treating and containing a deal disease is to keep it in the smallest geographic area possible. Not bring it or allow it into a large country with 340 million people.

Do you agree with that?

Ok, nix the word “more”. But my points stand. You are willing to risk the health and safety of Americans. You think this nurse should have her way. You think she ought to be able to freely run around and expose herself to others. You say that the nurse does not have ebola. That we do not know for sure yet. The full incubation period has not passed.

Apparently they have shut it down. Shortly after I posted the link I tried to go back and it no longer worked.

She had a temperature of 101F. She had allegedly been working with ebola patients. Would you like her to come and stay in your house? Would you like to sit next to her on an airplane?

She probably never even got close to an ebola patient. She was in Africa for a couple of weeks as an intern/fellow with CDC - a fact she has hidden from the public. She claimed she wanted to go home but she went to her boyfriend’s house in Maine. She is now in hiding, not at his house. She’s probably at a Holiday Inn or a Hilton. Are you ready to stay in the same room she slept in?

That is not the American way and is akin to conditions in a third world prison camp.

Olivia. You're beginning to irritate me with your hyperbole.

She is a hero. She risked her life to go to Liberia and save the lives of Christian children.

Sure she did. Sierra Leone is 71% Muslim.

She does not have Ebola and because she does not have Ebola it would be extremely difficult for her to transmit Ebola to me in my house or on a plane.

Her temp was 101 for a short time and then came down to 98.6.

When a person has Ebola, their temp does not drop down to 98.6.

She was in multiple countries, including Liberia and all those countries have Christian children that have Ebola.

BTW- the only time she showed a temp of 101 was with the forehead scanner used by the a customs agent. When her temp was taken by a medical professional with a more accurate instrument, her temp was 98.6.

She never had any Ebola symptoms.
