Ex-Administration Official Sums Up The Obama Administration's Insularity In One Brutal Sentence

Politico Magazine editor Michael Hirsh asked on Monday whether the Obama administration was full of a "team of bumblers" on the foreign policy and national security sides.

At the heart of the criticism is the charge that the Obama White House is too insular and often doesn't have a strategy.

According to House Armed Services Committee staffers who spoke to Hirsh, there is often a lack of coordination among the White House, Capitol Hill, and the Pentagon. And the general feeling is that the administration's National Security Council, which has beefed up to 300 members from 50, is reacting to a series of crises, rather than being proactive with a coherent strategy.

"There is a sense that the NSC is run a little like beehive ball soccer, where everyone storms to wherever the ball is moving around the field," one former administration official said.

If that is the case we are an absolute sitting duck for a Putin/ChiCom/ISIS misdirection play.

These are the “smartest people in the country.”

These are “our betters.”

These are the people who now have near-total control over our health care.

And yet I will bet that not one single member of the MSM will change their views or examine their biases.

It’s a giant suicide march.

This administration is doing exactly what it wants to do. The results are a disaster, but entirely intentional.

What could be expected other than "beehive ball soccer" with a bunch of clueless amateurs in charge?

It's only going to get worse as more bolshevik chickens come home to roost. Obama’s malignant narcissism won't be able to take the criticism. He will become more insular, bunkering down with only the most died in the wool sycophantic staff. Since they are the ones who have fouled everything up we can only expect a magnification of the stupidity seen thus far.

Well, just about all of Obama’s “team” are either Communists or Muslims or America-haters, bent on destroying us. But it must be admitted that they do have a tendency to bumble a bit while fighting on the wrong side.

Since Obama took office, none of our allies respect or trust us. None of our enemies fear us. It ain’t easy to accomplish this.

One of the problems of this cabal is that nearly all of them believe that the only real enemy of the country is Republicans and conservatives. All their efforts go into defeating that enemy.

Where are we going to put all these bees when we take back the Country? What if we halve the budgets of EPA, DEA, NEA, etc?

If the DC economy tanks due to cutting every budget in half (except the DOD), I really don’t think the States would feel it, except more money retained in our paychecks we work for.

As another FReeper (can't remember who, sorry!) commented, I think as a tagline: The only people who fear Obama are American citizens.

Unfortunately ... it's come to this.

“These are the ‘smartest people in the country’.”

Not necessarily true. Since Obama claims he is always the smartest person in whatever room he occupies, it is incumbent on his minions to ensure that everyone around him is dumber than he is. So “dumb and dumber” is the formulation to preserve The One’s self-image.

Where are we going to put all these bees...?

Gen. Suharto put his in the Java, Flores, and Andaman Seas. That's where 800,000 Communist PKI cadre went.

The Khmer Rouge showed us what would have happened to literate Indonesians if the army general staff (warned by the CIA) hadn't busted a move first.

Steely Tom - you've captured the 'wrong track' mood of the country... thanks for sharing.

Gosh, I remember when that was said about kennedy and his administration. In talking with my parents about their early years of Citizenship they told me that they voted democrat until kennedy's election and it's corruption. Nice to know that they found clear sight after only two years!

Good thinking, we DO have an East Coast lobster population to feed.... but would I eat a lobster that had eaten a RAT the week before? Have to ponder on that...
