That is factual. I made my drivers license here in Clarksville in October of 1967 long before I became a citizen. At time there was no such thing as motor voter, but even if there had been I knew as a legal immigrant I would not have qualified to vote

Hopefully the next two years will see a tightening of each states’ VoterID laws so that 2016 may finally be a clean election.

Sadly, I see it as a trend that will continue a national bifurcation, and even that may only be temporary. Unless conservatives take control of states sufficient to undo the damage being done by public education, I am not confident in the future of liberty.

The problem is that states need to take serious efforts to purge voter rolls of people who are 1) dead, 2) non-citizen, or 3) no longer reside in that locality. Until that happens, there are rampant opportunities for fraud.

Every state should also have a program to provide photo ID for any citizen who needs it. Even mobile units. Just to remove the idiotic dem argument.

NC has photo ID law and I had to sign a paper after producing photo ID, it was not an easy process...only four picture IDs accepted. I’m believing that will stop most of our voter fraud.

There were some illegals getting drivers licensing back in 2008...I think that has been taking a hit as well.

There were quite a few dead people voted here back in 08 and that has been targeted. She really looked at pics to make sure it was the person on DL.

The dead guy vote always gets me.

First, for early voting states...there’s always the possibility of two-hundred folks from that state having a heart-attack or car accident from early voting to final vote. I can understand this and grasp it.

Then, you have the guys who passed away nine months ago and the county clerk mailed them their absentee ballot (just like the year before), and the nephew or wife votes with the ballot.

Then, you have the county that hasn’t updated their listing in five years, and someone has shown up yearly to vote as a four-year-old dead guy.

The topping on the cake is that you can even have a dead voter voting for a dead candidate.

....a lawsuit, filed Friday in Baltimore, MD, U.S. District Court asserts that individuals who opted out of jury duty because they were not legal U.S. residents are registered to vote and have been casting ballots in at least three Maryland elections. Election Integrity groups have verified evidence of dual registrations in at least two states.... but say Maryland officials have been unresponsive their concerns.

FREEPER LALALAW nails it....the DNC, ACORN, and latino-centric pressure groups should also be sued on grounds of collusion and conspiracy to abrogate the civil rights of law-abiding American voters.

Md. Board of Elections Probe Republican-To-Democratic Ballot Switch Claims

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ)—Early voting just started last week in Maryland, but there are already accusations that some voting machines are changing Republican votes to Democrat. Now Republicans are calling for an investigation by the State Board of Elections.....there are concerns that the vote you cast may not be for the candidate you want.

“We’ve heard from scores of citizens in our district and around the state who have had this problem where they hit one button to vote for one person, and when they go to the summary they see that the other person was checked,” said Del Nik Kipke, (R) Anne Arundel County.

Republicans say they’ve received several dozen reports of Republican votes being changed to Democrat.

Del. Kathy Szeliga says it happened to her. “I kept pushing the Republican guy’s name and the machine kept going beep, beep, beep,” said Szeliga, (R) Baltimore & Harford Co.

CYA-ING? But the State Board of Elections tells WJZ they received less than 20 reports of calibration issues with machines. Twelve have been thoroughly tested– and the problem could not be replicated. The others are out of service.

GOTTA WIN ONE FOR THE GYPPER Obama campaigned for Democratic candidate Anthony Brown who says he’s confident the board will address all issues. “I think we should always be vigilant to make sure that voters can cast a ballot and that it’s accurately recorded,” said Maryland Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown....running to be the state's first Afro-governor.

In a statement to WJZ, board officials say “election officials receive similar reports in every election. Post-election analysis has shown that this is caused by voter error. Voters with large fingers or long nails or voters who hold the touchscreen with their palm resting on the screen seem to report this issue more frequently.”

The State Board of Election advises voters to find an election judge immediately if they have any problem with the machines. Members of the state Republican Party are calling for the state Democratic Party to join them in calling for an investigation into the machines.

....the biggest Democrat voter fraud tool is Motor Voter, where people in the process of getting a drivers license (ie a valid form of I.D.) are automatically registered to vote. Motor Voter gets them registered to vote, and a lack of ID allows anyone to vote in their name once they are registered. Lack of ID also allows people to vote multiple times under multiple identities.
