Democrats look for hope in votes cast early

Registered Democrats have out-voted Republicans by double-digit margins among ballots cast early in two bitter southern Senate races. But the political climate favors Republicans nationally, and the GOP remains bullish on its overall momentum toward gaining the Senate majority.

State tallies of early voting put Democrats ahead of Republicans by nearly 18 percentage points among ballots cast early in Louisiana, where Sen. Mary Landrieu faces an uphill battle to keep her seat. And in North Carolina, Democrats hold an early 17-point lead as another Democratic incumbent, Sen. Kay Hagan, fights for re-election.

Both margins are wider than in 2010, the last national midterms.

Yet in Iowa, the GOP runs a much narrower early voting gap than in recent years against Democrats, in what could be a good sign for their Senate nominee, Joni Ernst. …

maybe it’s because democrats are too lazy to stand in line and Republicans cant wait to stand in line to vote out Harry Reid and the rest?

The dead always vote early. Same with those who cast multiple ballots.

Frankly, I debated some on voting early. My basic gut feeling is/was that voting early would give Democrat-controlled elections officials more time to manufacture “The Big Cheat”. I’m sure this is why Democrats are so enamored of early voting. Time to cheat.

Here in my county, Democrats are far outnumbered by Republicans and the elections are fair because of picture IDs and not some phone bill (imagine that).

So I went and voted early. Our county newspaper has already remarked about the heavy turnout in early voting.

Have no fear.......the RAT voter fraud technique is alive and well. They will be voting early and often, even with the dead coming to vote and stuffing cars with “missing” votes.

‘Here Comes the 2014 Voter Fraud’

Progressives and the Justice Department are doing all they can to stop improvements in election integrity.

I voted yesterday. The turnout looked pretty heavy in this conservative region (TX panhandle) as well. The poll workers were using a scanner to scan photo id’s like driver’s licenses. They scan the driver’s license and have your info including whether or not you’ve already voted. This process looks reasonable to me.

.....early voting put Democrats ahead by nearly 18 percentage points among early ballots in Louisiana, where Sen. Mary Landrieu faces an uphill battle to keep her seat....

But where does she live? On her "statement of candidacy" filed with the FEC last January, Landrieu listed her Capitol Hill home as her address. But when qualifying for the ballot in Louisiana, she listed the family’s raised-basement home here on South Prieur Street.

Although Landrieu and her hubby occupy a $2.5 million mansion in DC, Landrieu asserts that she still lives in Louisiana with her parents, saying “I have lived at my home on Prieur Street most of my life and I live there now, when not fulfilling my duties in Washington or serving constituents across the state.”

In a report by the Washington Post, Moon and Verna’s neighbors say they haven’t seen Mary in years. “I don’t think she lives there,” said Fontaine Wells, 65, pointing at the Landrieu home. “She might come visit, but come on now — she lives in D.C. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her.”

Michael Fitzgerald, 61, has lived around the corner from the Landrieus for three decades. He said he sees Moon and Verna Landrieu regularly, as well as Mitch Landrieu, Mary’s younger brother and the city’s current mayor, who lives in a home he owns nearby.

“On Election Day, [Mary] is seen at our polling place accompanying her parents.” He added, “I have not seen her lately..... She’s been in the Senate for — I’ve lost count — 16 years? 18 years?”--SNIP--

Mom and Dad's place---where she's registered to vote.

==================================================

Where did Mary get the money for the lavish $2.5 million DC residence?
Where did she get the money for pricey DC real estate?

I find this sort of “spin” disheartening.

Note how the article conflates the “17-point lead” in favor of Kay Hagan? Blatant malfeasance.

You have a point. A cheater doesn’t want the other side to have time to think.

Thanks for posting. Interesting article on voter fraud in the WSJ. I can only see the first paragraph as a non-subscriber but see they list 3 instances of proven voter fraud. The “no proof” claim by the left is BS.

Regarding all members of the D.isease Party, I have a thought. Most of them admit they voted for Obama TWICE, don’t they? And Obama wants abortion survivors to be murdered with homicidal neglect. They must have ice water in their veins.

And by the way, did any of them ever say anything about the DNC booing God three times in the 2012 convention? If my party did that, I’d publicly say something.

“...stuffing cars with missing votes...”

Just like in junior high school, but now the junior-high-schoolers are rabid, subversive, dedicated revolutionaries
whose only loyalty is to the revolution and the destruction of the United States.

IMHO

Early voting is all about numbers manipulation and should be outlawed nationwide.

How appropriate----the backdrop of Barack Obama’s acceptance
speech at the 2008 Democratic National Convention---modeled
after an ancient Greek temple.

Also appropriate in that Greece was being hollowed out
from within and turned into an economic basket case.
