She sounds like the sweet lady who occasionally calls in to the Michael Berry show on KTRH in Houston. I do believe her name is Joyce as well. The woman is wonderful!
Yes, that’s Joyce, the sage of Sunnyside. She has been calling Houston talk radio for many years. I’ve also heard her call Rush and have seen her as a guest commentator on Fox News during the Clinton administration.
