Not sure how most of it is relevant - he suffered emotional stress and wasn’t capable of handling it. The rest is pretty much sticking one’s nose where it has no business being.
In that link you posted, just above the football shot is this quote: “Those patients are two females and one boy, 15. The boy has been named as Andrew Fryberg, Jaylen’s cousin.” I’d say that’s victim/cousin Andrew
The shooter was not new to threats; naturally the partisan media shills are trying to frame this as a good kid bullied into violence by racists.
