No one has ever contracted Ebola from a patient who has regained health following the disease. You might have seen it mentioned that semen, etc., can still contain virons for some time after symptoms abate, but these articles leave out the fact that these virus particles probably are not viable, and not present in a sufficient viral density to be a threat anyway
