Connecticut placed six West Africans who recently arrived in the United States under quarantine for possible Ebola exposure, a move that comes as the United States starts new restrictions on those coming from the countries hardest hit by the deadly virus.
The family of six West Africans, who arrived Saturday and were planning to live in the United States, will be watched for 21 days, Connecticut state health authorities said Thursday. Officials have yet to say where the family came from.

I am not sure why there is not a ban on flights coming from Africa. Why is it so important to continue accepting travelers? You would think the airline unions would intervene.
Why is this even a plausible sentence?
The plan is clear: let it be known to all Africans that on a simple vacation Visa, you can come here and receive the best, free healthcare you can get because America is racist and we owe it to you.

I’m sure these good folks have visas, and work permits to set up their home in Conn. Probably on EB5 status as we know that the West African countries economies are booming and all the newly minted millionaires are just “dieing” to invest all their wealth in business ventures in the US. /super sarc off
What's not to like about coming to America from West Africa and winning the Ebola Jackpot? You don't even have to make it through screening. All you have to do is land on our shores and you're a winner!!
And more businesses having to close their doors for cleaning and a lose of customers. The “good doctor’s” two friends and girlfriend now have their lives disrupted and out of income. The airlines will be passing on the cost of taking planes out of commission onto other passengers’ ticket prices. Everyone has to pay for these idiots’ decisions.
Anyne else raising an eyebrow that Vinson supposedly was told it was ok to fly because her temp wasn’t 100.5 (although it was 101.5 before CDC quickly changed it when she came down sick just like they did on my tagline) but this doctor’s was 100.3 and they hustled?
The article didn’t make it clear. Are they in real honest quarantine at a secure facility or are merely being watched as in take your temp and call if it goes up? Will they be allowed to go bowling and run out for soup?
