Did the media get Ferguson wrong?Well, there's a first time for everything.

unarmed black man
Getting tired of the media's "unarmed = must be innocent" garbage.
What about Ray Rice in the casino elevator?
He was an "unarmed black man" too. What was the result there??

“Did the media get Ferguson wrong?”
They did exactly as instructed by Obama and the Rats.

I heard someone on MSLSD praising Ben Bradlee the other night. The guy claimed Bradlee revolutionized journalism by saying that journalism “was not about objectivity, it was about fairness.”
And that is exactly what our problem is today with the corrupt mainstream media.

No one in the media would be asking this question if their propaganda had worked the way they intended.

There’s no right or wrong in journalism, only profit and loss.
The media covered the story in the way with the most profitable “upside”.

The media "wants to be on the right side of history" ??? What a joke. The liberal media has a set narrative for any confrontation involving blacks and whites.
Rule number One: the white party is automatically judged to be guilty before any facts are out.
Rule number Two: In case the facts don't fit the narrative, drop the story as fast as possible and move on to some other black-white incident.
Rule number Three: Even if all the facts prove the white party innocent, America is judged to be guilty due to past injustices, and the narrative is more important than the truth.

Universal sign of surrender, as demonstrated by this Miami Dolphin surrendering to a Kansas City Chief.

The DNA of our political and legal systems rest on principles of equality and color-blindness, and here was yet another example of a major genetic mutation that we've been unable to fix: young black men being murdered by the police because they're young and black. The guy disqualified himself with that statement - he can't seem to see anything but the color of the skin.

Did the media get Ferguson wrong?
They didn’t ‘get it wrong’, they lied and obfuscated.

This is such a poorly written nonsensical essay I have lost IQ points reading it. Read it all the way to the end. The money quote is [paraphrasing] “maybe officer Wilson didn’t soot Brown in cold blood like we thought but it still shows a need for racial justice.”
To: 2ndDivisionVet
The national media violated the policeman’s civil rights(innocent until proven guilty). The national media jumped immediately to the view that the officer was guilty. ‘
Outside agitators came in to try ramp up the reaction, and the race baiters came to act as the bellows to fan any embers to life.
On the local news, interviews with several black people supported the policeman, and made note of outsiders trying to cause trouble.
The media should not be doing this. They should be saying we don’t have the facts yet. We need to wait and see what the facts are before making a conclusion. Never happens these days.
Except, please not that Obama said we should wait to get the facts before calling the attack in Canada terrorism. It would be really nice the the “news” people would just report the facts, instead of speculation, innuendo, and assumptions based on politics.
