FATHER, THANK YOU FOR THIS TIME TO COME TOGETHER WITH OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO CELEBRATE YOUR GOODNESS AND THE GREAT CITY WE LIVE IN, AND THE NEW LEADERSHIP WITHIN OUR CITY. LORD, WE ASK YOU FOR WISDOM FOR ALL OF OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS. LORD, WE PRAY THAT YOU WILL GUIDE THEM, DIRECT THEM, THAT YOU WILL HELP THEM MAKE THE BEST DECISIONS FOR OUR CITY. LORD WE JUST PRAY FOR YOUR STRENGTH AND YOUR PROTECTION AROUND THEM AND YOUR FAMILIES. WE ASK THAT YOU KEEP THEM STRONG AND HEALTHY. a huge Osteen sycophant (go figure).
I will never cease to be amazed at individual inconsistency in people.
I third that. Daily worship of osteen is so nauseating. Take a poll and see how many want to see this, won’t you?

IT’S GOD’s DESIRE THAT NONE SHOULD PERISH. I believe the word used is “NONE” not “SOME”.
And .. that’s my final word on this issue.
I do call killing late term abortionists justice and thwarting murder of innocents who can’t defend themselves justifiable
Feel free to pray for the most vile meanwhile the more pragmatic amongst us can continue to vanquish them

There’s a big difference between praying for someone and endorsing what they do. That Houston mayor needs divine intervention big time, so I can’t argue with Osteen’s prayer.
Even during the time of wicked and depraved Roman leadership, Jesus and his apostles taught to pray for those in authority, to pray for our leadership.
And I don’t agree with Osteen on much of anything else. Definitely not a fan.
