Good evening, Mac...*HUGS*...did you sally forth? Nice weather?

I worked late and forgot about having to warm up my car. In the 20s last night and many nights to come.

Clear and cold today.

Yes, it’s still fall here (but it got down to 35 F this morning).

I’m not in any hurry for winter.

I did indeed Sally Forth this morning - burst through the Sally Port into high winds and heavy rain at 0600. A tedious journey into the Federalplex - slick roads, rude and demented motorists, and of course, the occasional wreck on the side of the road.

Arrived safe and sound - left early this afternoon - we had to go to a Board Meeting at my son Daniel's workplace.

As I write this, my son David has named the new kitten - "Achilles."

I approve.

America demands Justice for the Fallen of Benghazi!

O stranger, tell the Lacedaemonians that we lie here, obedient to their command.

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)
