That is a very liberal statement.
How about letting the parents of each kid decide what to feed them.
It isn’t up to you or the government to say who is fat or skinny, or who eats what and when.
So a kid is overweight. That is his issue. Not yours. Fat kids still have to eat. I’m sure they would also like their lunch to taste good.
