Oregon Secretary of State's Office investigating Sheriff Mike Winters

Medford, Ore.-- The Oregon Secretary of State's Office said Tuesday they're investigating Jackson County Sheriff Mike Winters.
They said a complaint was filed this month about incorrect information in the Jackson County Election voter's pamphlet.
Spokesman for the Secretary of State's Office, Tony Green, could not go into detail about what information they are investigating.
Green said if the allegations are true, Sheriff Mike Winters could face felony charges.
"There needs to be an establishment of intent. 'Did the person intend to put false information and deceive the voter?'
That's an important element of any criminal charge. It's not just accidents happen and that sort of thing."

OH, and by the way....the Voters Pamphlet lists OUR Senator as a Democrat this year.....she’s always been GOP...but I guess someone in the office decided since she’s Black she could NOT be GOP!

Is theirs an "open marriage"? If she's monogamous, then she is no longer "openly bisexual".
Also, does she plan to push for polygamy laws so that she can be "fully satisfied" with "one of each" in her household?
