Reports coming in from Canada of shooting at the Library of Parliament. One shooter reported captured. Unconfirmed reports of one dead. Police looking for more shooters, but not sure if more.
RIP and prayers and condolences to his family, friends and fellow servicemen...
So...does this mean there is one lone gunmen (who is dead) or were there others who have not been captured/killed?

RCMP briefing has been delayed - was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Lockdowns at the hotel and mall have been lifted. That means if their was more than one shooter, he has eluded capture. However, there are still reports of the lockdown in some areas of Parliament continuing.
