Nasheed was formally charged with Failure to Obey Lawful Order of Police and Manner of Walking in the Roadway. She was released from St. Ann jail before 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Forgetting for a moment who was charged, laws like those scare the hell out of me. In short someone can be arrested for questioning a police officer's order to do literally anything and for walking down the street in a way that annoys a police officer. That's just flat wrong. Police should have a reason for stopping you and a reason for arresting you. Otherwise we're fair game for any cop in a bad mood.

Fixed it for you,

Like they say, “you can beat the rap, but you can’t beat the ride”

It is unlawful to possess or carry concealed any firearm while intoxicated in Idaho. See Idaho Firearms law summary. That applies anywhere in the state without regard to having a CCW permit. You must have a CCW permit to carry concealed in large cities, mining camps and a few other identified locations. Carrying concealed without the permit in those locations is a felony.

If you're intoxicated and carrying a firearm, you'll get the warrant and blood test. That can be accomplished in under 15 minutes.

Don’t need to read this to know that she’s a Democrat and black. All it takes to get elected in her district, apparently.

Well, she doesn’t look drunk, so this is possibly street theatre.

“Thank you for not adding ic to democrat.”

Forever and always. It drives DEMOCRAT rats crazy not to refer to their fascist/communist/Nazi party by the misnomer “democratic.”

Another good thing to know is to ALWAYS call democrats Nazis. Screw Goodwin’s fake “law.” If nothing else, it’s a barrel of fun to watch DEMOCRAT heads explode after calling them Nazis.

This happened in Mo, though...
571.030.1.5 (5) Has a firearm or projectile weapon readily capable of lethal use on his or her person, while he or she is intoxicated, and handles or otherwise uses such firearm or projectile weapon in either a negligent or unlawful manner or discharges such firearm or projectile weapon unless acting in self-defense;

It’s right where you’d expect a government education to be.

Yeah, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised anymore.

Exactly, SZ. You’ve got a generation that’s been taught to hate America, teaching the next generation.

Only if we let them. The biggest benefit of fighting the Left is that they lie constantly. I’ve shared this simple video with a lot of young people. I argue that the fight is always between liberty and slavery, not Left/Right, etc.

We only need to sway the portion of the population that votes.
