Well...Wes was half right. It’s more like a 1,300-year power play.

I wouldn't believe anything Weasel Clark said. Never. Ever. Even if I know it's the truth.
Just one example of the duplicity of "King Clark."

By our history, Americans are pretty quick to forgive and get on with life. I think this comes from two reasons: (1) whether non-Christians or atheists agree with the beliefs of the majority or not, American thought processes are based on Christianity, and (2) until recently, we have been more of a melting pot than a Balkanized chopped salad, which requires people to play nicely together. A hundred years ago, immigrants did their best to fit in; now the PC Police damn us if we even think that is the right answer. The dominant thought patterns of the middle east for the past 1,300 years have been based on a religion of conquest and "my loyalty is centered on my clan".

The result is that Americans have trouble appreciating the huge gap that exists between people that grow up here v. people that grow up there - a gap we simply cannot "wish away", no matter what our political or moral stances may be.

This from the discredited general who took orders from the FOTUS Co-President and then fancied himself a presidential candidate. No thank you.

“to regain its dominance in world power.”

http://www.historytoday.com/walter-leitsch/1683-siege-vienna

Prior to the Ottoman empire’s defeat at Vienna 300 years ago, it had been expanding Islam’s domain for centuries. Christian Europe ended Islam’s march southward in Africa about 300 years ago. Before the West’s colonial expansion into Africa, Arabs had been gradually conquering their way into sub-Saharan Africa. This is why 300 years is significant. Muslims had no problem with the years they were expanding. It’s their inability to expand since then that riles them. It’s not as if Islam has lost very much territory. The Philippines is ruled by Christians, but Moros were always a small minority in the PI, and they’ve mostly remained Muslim. Even China’s Xinjiang province isn’t traditional Muslim territory, at least not by conquest. The Chinese exterminated the Buddhist Dzungars (a Mongol tribe) and invited the Muslim Uighurs to settle there. Talk about blowback.

What really gets Muslims worked up is that Christian territories conquered by Muslims were reconquered by Christians before the population converted to Islam to avoid the jizya (the discriminatory Islamic poll tax). The discriminatory religious tax was probably Islam’s best tool for converting non-Muslims. Perhaps non-Muslim countries can get their Muslim populations to leave Islam without using violence by imposing a similarly discriminatory tax on Muslims.

Up that by about 1100 years and you’ll be a bit closer to the truth, Wessie.

Agree, goes back to the Crusades. For the U.S. It starts with the Barbary Wars. It you put this East/West struggle of civilizations in perspective, the periods that Islam has been subdued were when it’s been dealt with severely. Islam and Muslims respect only power and the use of it with brute force. The “can’t we all just get along” crowd here in the west seem to have trouble understanding this.

Ole Wesley, the ladies man. After divorcing his wife of 46 years he married Shauna Mei who was 38 years his junior. Shauna Mei is the founder and CEO of AHAlife.com, where she connects the best the world has to offer with the most discerning individuals around the globe. Ha, what’s another name for that business.

“Agree, goes back to the Crusades”
Try: 630 AD
Muslims capture Mecca. Ka’ba is cleansed, pilgrimage rites are Islamicized, tribes of Arabia vow allegiance to Muhammad

The “PC Police” are those who self-edit out of intimidation by the left.

If we just told them to stuff it, they’d have no power.

The gov’t acts as the PC Police when they force contractors to implement policies to enforce their stupidity.

Does your company have a “diversity czar” or provide insurance for sex changes?

Exactly, world domination has been the goal of Islam from day one. The crusades were a reaction to muslim conquest.

After the Moslem conquest of the Byzantine provinces of the Levant , the Moslems invaded Egypt in 641.

The persecuted Christian Copts were the inhabitants. Egypt, before the Islamic invasion was not an Arab country.

In 711 an Islamic force invaded the Iberian peninsula and then France. In France, they were turned back by Charles Martel at the Battle of Tours in 732.
