To accuse ANY country of such action is unconscionable, seeing it is against international law.
Do you have ANY idea how dangerous it is? Systems fail, and this type of action in home waters would far more likely kill friendlies than trespassers.
Suppose a US sub were there (and they DO go in such waters without invitation) and the system you envision took it out. Do you REALLY think any country would risk such a thing?
Stick to subjects you know something about, and leave the rest to Tom Clancy.
