Sorry sister, but I'm pretty sure I know just a little bit more about the subject than you. I was a Polaris tech in my Navy hitch long ago, been in technical fields since then.

My son spent 14 years on boomers, as FT, now works at TRF in St Marys. He was aghast that anyone could imagine such a system in peacetime; and it would be dodgy in wartime.
