This simply is not possible.
The Democrats in charge of Dallas assured us that simply having these people sign a document stating they would stay off of Rapid Transit, was better than an embarrassing the Obama Administration by declaring a State of Emergency!!

The numbers of people already exposed to known Ebola victims, with a longer recommended quarantine time(42 days for about 98% of patients) not fully implemented, may result in a lot of people thinking they are out of the woods when they are not.
We have seen what a handful of cases has done to alter life in America. Think of what might happen in the next two weeks if the change accelerates due to more and more people getting infected.
She was right at the 21st day after last possible exposure.. Duncan went into the hospital on the 25th and back on the 27th. Today is the 18th of October.
My daughter worked in the same building as the boyfriend of the second nurse. It's a large office with an open floor plan. The guy hasn't been at work for over a week.
My daughter told me last Weds nite, I told my supervisors on Thursday, and I was sent home. I was cleared to return to work on Monday.
That's what I call low risk. Anybody living in the Ivy apartments hardly qualifies as "low risk."
I don't think quarantine means what she thinks it means.

Why was she there? Was she fine one minute and feverish the next? Was she weak, puking--having other symptoms of illness?
The fact that this stuff passes an editors desk is quite mind boggling.
Where was she going? Because if she was going to work, who’s to say she EVER listened to her quarantine rules? How has she been getting to work these 21 days?
So far, every single idiot who comes down with Ebola HAS BEEN OUT AMONG US. Not one self-quarantined including the good Dr. Soup Nancy.
It’s like they all got together and decided, “You do plane flights, I’ll do buses, and you, go on a cruise ship!”
