House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) supports the elimination of rules that ban transgender people from openly serving in the military, her office told the Washington Blade.
“Leader Pelosi believes there is no place for discrimination in the U.S. Armed Forces, including on the basis of gender identity,” spokesperson Drew Hammill told the Blade.
In May, Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel said that the ban should be “continually reviewed.”

Thank you. That is why I have a problem with in-your-face gays and lesbians. I really don't have a problem with what consenting adults do behind a closed door. But why must they keep broadcasting how they have sex? Oh right, they have no discretion and identify their self-worth by their sexuality. Yes, I have long thought it's a mental problem and not so much a social issue.
Remember the history: They first wanted to not be abused or discriminated against. Then they want everyone accept them as human beings - okay. Then they want everyone to accept their life-style as a norm (think 2%). Now they want everyone to enjoy their idiotic flamboyant parades.
I think it's time for us heterosexuals to have parades and tell everyone that we adore the opposite sex. We should promote it every where we go and send op-eds to the various media.
Here's a simple heading: "I'm a Man and Love Having Sex with a Woman."
Or, "I'm a Woman and Love Having Sex with a Man"
Think I'll start going to GLBT sites and say it LOUD and PROUD!

They started out pleading "Please just leave us alone in our own bedrooms."
But they didn't stop there - now they have forced themselves into every nook and cranny of our lives.
Now we are the ones pleading "Stay out of our homes, businesses, schools and churches."
