Nashville Police Chief Steve Anderson is blowing the whistle on alleged misconduct by the U.S. Secret Service during a January 2013 incident involving a man who reportedly made fake death threats against President Barack Obama on Facebook.

The resident refused to let officers enter his home or follow orders to come outside . He was heard shouting at officers, “show me your warrant.”

In a letter to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Anderson claimed that a Secret Service agent asked a police sergeant to “wave a piece of paper” in order to “dupe” the suspect into thinking officers had a warrant.

Poor headline writing at the source. I thought “drops” meant he was taking it back.

Ditto on the bad headline, as I went to read the story I had the impression he had been intimidated and was backing down.

Secret Service agent asked a police sergeant to “wave a piece of paper” in order to “dupe” the suspect into thinking officers had a warrant.

Doing the right thing would have been ARRESTING said Agent for:
Conspiracy to commit Breaking and Entering
Conspiracy to commit Armed Robbery
Conspiracy to commit Kidnapping
Conspiracy to Deprive one of their Rights
Using a Firearm during the commission of a Violent Felony.

All of which the Chief is Alleging.

They had no warrant because they had no probable cause.

Bingo! If there was a threat, they would have had a warrant.

They probably didn’t like a criticism being leveled at them and sent the SS.

It would be a good idea to ALWAYS call your LOCAL law - most especially SHERIFF - Sheriff’s are the TOP LAW of the LAND in each county. THEY can tell the feds to take a hike.

I would not voluntarily open my door to anyone waving a piece of paper - not even if I could see it looked like a legitimate warrant. They now have been allowed to simple hand-write a ‘warrant’ on a piece of blank paper and present it as a warrant.

Maybe the thing to do is to close the door, call 911 - and tell them there are men trying to get into your house - demand someone from your sheriff’s dept.

When the locals arrive - it would be a good idea to have one of Sheriff Mack’s pamphlets on hand to show the locals, in case they don’t realize they have jurisdiction...

Even the Secret Service has been corrupted by Obola.

BTW - if you are not familiar with Sheriff Richard Mack - I urge yo to listen to the videos with him - He took bubba clintoone all the way to to the Supreme court over the Brady bill - and he WON.

We need to make sure that our local sheriff is aware of his/her power and RESPONSIBILITY to us. Mack has pamphlets that can be given to them - we should get one for as many sheriff’s as there are in the our state. Our Sheriffs are our LAST bastion against the rogue gov’t.

Learn your rights.

get the pamphlets

below - a heartwarming video ( video: scroll down for “Albany, NY Deputy Sets Example For Us All!” )of how a local sheriff, who knows the law, will step up to the plate. (BTW, the only thing the airport thug still had left was to insist on a ‘million dollar insurance plan’ - and that is FALSE - that’s ONLY if you’re selling something on the property. They were not.
