The Stop the Flights meme is a Red Herring ... It should be Stop the issuance of Visas to citizens of West African Ebola Countries. Duncan flew to Brussels, Belgium - then on to America as is very often done.. Stopping flights would not have stopped Ebola carrier Duncan.
