You appear to be not at all familiar with Ebola's actual transmission patterns. Hammering studs and pulling cable a couple of miles away from the nearest Ebola patient is not likely to expose one to infection. It is possible that a small number of troops will be involved in actual patient contact, in which case they could become infected if protocol breached or protective equipment fails.

The likelihood that any member of the US Military becomes infected is remote at best...Even if some in the military become infected, with the exception of the mess hall, barracks and the daily exercise area there would not really be a chance that they could spread the disease to others...wait, what?
